I have been a loyal customer at this location for quite some time without any issues, but after my experience yesterday, I doubt that I will be returning. A female employee made me an acai bowl that turned out to be mostly liquid. I only noticed this after getting into my car, which was parked right in front of the store.
I went back inside and asked for a remake, a different item, or a refund, as my bowl was so soupy that the fruit immediately sank to the bottom. However, I was told that nothing could be done since I had already walked outside. This is unreasonable, as most people do not consume their orders inside the store.
What added to my frustration was that another employee acknowledged the poor quality of the bowl but still refused to offer any solution. Reflecting on the situation, I remembered seeing the girl who made my bowl trying to communicate something about my order to another employee, but I couldn’t hear her. It seems she was aware that there was an issue with my bowl but chose to serve it to me anyway.

Read moreI’ve always had a stellar experience with this store. Most of the time everyone is accommodating and kind. However, my experience today was garbage. I ordered curbside because I had an offer in my email for $2 off if I ordered curbside. The discount wasn’t in my rewards or offers. I let it go, no biggie. But then I arrived and the experience was still off. I got there at 11:18 am and tried calling twice to let someone know I was there early (that was my bad) and the call was ignored. So I walked in and told the guy behind the counter I was the curbside pickup and I tried calling and no one answered and I just wanted to let someone know I was here and he didn’t look up, acknowledge me, say a word. He barely nodded with no eye contact and kept doing what he was doing. There was only two other people in the store. I’d understand if he was slammed. But it was just kind of rude. I’m not a complainer, I’d normally let something like that go. But when he came out and handed me the drinks he still didn’t talk at all after I said thank you and I appreciate it. He mumbled have a nice day before he walked off. Did I ruin his day somehow? Am I the jerk for coming it 12 minutes early maybe?...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s always been a pretty decent experience. Today, however, was different. I go in and there are 4 people waiting for their smoothies and two people in line. There is only one person working here - so I playfully asked if she was the only one working today and she said there was someone else in the back. After that, she left and went to the back to grab that person to come help with the orders. When he came up, he starting complaining about having to help her and that there wasn’t that many people in line (even though there were several people not in line but waiting on their smoothies). He took my order at the register very coldly and didn’t so much as look at me, say thank you, or anything....very unimpressed with his attitude and customer service.
