This is the worst store I have ever been to. I switched to Verizon after 1 visit!! I was with Sprint for 16 years when TMobile took over, but I stayed. Recently, I visited this store because my UI system would not load on my galaxy. The young man in the store was helping another customer when I walked in. When he came over to me, I showed him what my screen was saying. He said, "Oh crap. Let me take it to the expert" and took it to the back. He came back and continued helping the previous customer while I browsed phones. After 5_10 mins, he comes back with my phone and says there's nothing they can do and hands me back my phone with a business card for a repair shop and offered a discount. My phone wouldn't come on, so I decided to upgrade it. This boy didn't want to upgrade my phone (it was upgrade eligible). I walked out the door with both of my phones and went to Verizon. The funny thing is the customer that was ahead of me In the store was also in Verizon setting up new service. When my phone finally cut on, it had been factory reset! Everything in my phone was lost. Thank you for nothing. The score would be a...
Read moreHorrible customer service! We were lied to about pricing. Sales person sold us the newest most expensive android promising that our new plan would stay the same. On top of this scam, our daughters phone broke a few days later. When we went in to replace it all of the display phones were taken down except for the 3 most expensive IPhones and the newest galaxy. All of which cost over $800. When I asked to look at phones that were comparable to hers $250-350 range the lady helping kept pulling out phones like an IPhone 7plus. Not comparable at all! I felt like knowing we had just had a previous issue with an associate lying about pricing, they should be compassionate to the fact and not try to con us into upgrading by not displaying their lower priced phones. Of course, I was given a lame excuse that they had to charge all phones and that's why they weren't displayed. When I left to go to the nearest store 2 miles away, ALL of the phones were displayed. We have been with T mobile for many years and will never visit this...
Read moreThis store has the most rude and inconsiderate employees imaginable. I went in to try and grab a free bag for the T-mobile Tuesdays some time ago, and was stopped by a sign taped to the front saying that they were out of bags. Today I returned to the store for another free bag promotion, and again saw a piece of paper taped to the door. There was no writing on it, so I went inside and asked a young male employee about the bag promotion. I was immediately taken by surprise when a rude, older black female (maybe the manager?) snapped off at me and screamed "did you read the sign on the door?? We don't do tmobile promotions at this location!" This rude lady was completely unprofessional and should not treat customers the way that she did. It seems to me that lazy, incompetent employees are choosing not to do their job because of a little inconvenience to them, and my assumption is that they are instead giving the free items to their friends and family. This is ridiculous and this employee/manager/location needs to be...
