Crystal Inn Suites & Spas LAX — Hotel in Inglewood

This place is bomb, my new home away from home, my family and I stayed a few days here due to renovations being made on our apt, Gary and Ray are very nice, helpful, and accommodating, and kept a close eye on me and my family which reinsured me of our safety. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean oh and not to mention very modern. There's a cute little pool outside, exercise room, and a single washer and dryer for you to wash and dry. For the washer its 1.50 and to dry its a 1.00. The vending machine for canned soda is 1.00 and the ice machine is .25 cents. There is free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking, also in the 24hr lobby there is good ass free coffee ☕. This place is Inglewoods' hidden gem 💎 when it comes to booking a room. The prices are great! The location is so so, I live in this area so for the people who aren't used to this area, trust and believe you are fine. You have plenty of great food places further out from the room, the airport is 10min drive off the fwy from the room depending on traffic. You aren't too far from the forum either, the only other thing I can say is book it for yourself and see. 26 September 2022||Regarding: Crystal Inn and Suites, Inglewood, California ||||Very disappointed in this hotel but more disappointed in Trip Advisor - Based on data provided by Trip Advisor I made a reservation at the Crystal Inn and Suites near LAX because we were arriving late at night and wanted a nearby hotel after picking up a rental car at the airport. I was very disappointed. The ratings listed in Trip Advisor do not match the quality (or lack thereof) actually existing at this hotel. I cannot imagine how this place managed to rate 4.5 out of 5 and the number 3 value for this area unless this rankings were completely phoney. Setting aside the fact that the hotel is located in a very sketchy area, the place is a dump. The rooms are dirty, the mattresses and bedding are very substandard, the walls and carpets are dirty and the furniture in the room looks as if it was hastily repaired following a violent fight. The whole place looks as if the owner decides whether or not to abandon the buildings on a daily basis. I have stayed in far cleaner and better maintained hotels in 3rd world countries. I realize that any company can make the occasional mistake in decision making, but this has really shaken my confidence in Trip Advisor.
