FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! So I was shopping at multiple stores, even HabitatLA & this was my final stop and totally met all my needs across the board. There is an employee named William there, VERY patient and extremely accommodating. How it works: There’s a catalog FULL of hundreds of options and William through in FREE INSTALLATION AND NEXT DAY DELIVERY! I chose literally about 12-15 different bed frames and he called the warehouse for each stock check individually with specific pricing (no extra taxes, gimmicks, or fees)… he said $339 & my entire KING SIZED frame & headboard was totaled $339!!! With free delivery and installation (I also live up four flights of stairs) he didn’t even flinch at that detail. He showed up less than 24 hours after purchase with an helping carrying hand , he installed my entire bed himself and even hauled away my old box springs , which was such a selfless deed (I have a toddler and didn’t plan on hauling).

I almost spent $180 on a used bed frame and headboard & paid extra for independent delivery, then would have had to vet help for installation and assembly, but William executed ALL of my expectations and I’m enjoying my...

I got to find this place by mere chance, and I'm so happy I did! My daughter decided to switch up her bed frame so we were looking for a foundation and found this place randomly when looking close to our house. The whole experience was a great one, and come to find out, the guy running it is a 1 man show there which was great because when we called and inquired, his prices beat out everywhere else we called, he offered to deliver it to us (5 min away) when we asked about delivery (he does charge for farther deliveries of course), showed us the piece when we arrived and then delivered it to us after work hours as well. Since the moment I spoke to him I can tell he is a stand up guy and I love supporting small businesses like these, ESPECIALLY when every aspect was a great experience. Thank you! We will definitely do our business here next time...

This is my 3rd time in last 5 years shopping at this store. The second experience was horrible and had decided not to return to this store ever again due to one of their employees false promises & worst service. However, i decided to give it one more and last try this week. To my surprise, that employee no longer works out there. Store has been kept very nice, clean and warm welcome is done by the current management. Guess what, after sharing past experience with William, he not only offered me a better price, in fact provided free same day delivery at no extra cost. I am definitely going to return back and also refer my friends & family. Amazing customer service...
