PROS: prices not too high

CONS: Rude. Unprofessional. Bad attitude. very poor customer service.

Not familiar or competent working on new or late model vehicles apparently.

We literally had to pick up our parts off the shop floor, where he had thrown them.

Wants quick money and then on to next job.

Treated our new 2016 car like it was a piece of junk. (which apparently is what he is used to working on).

Find another shop and go where you will be treated with respect AND the job will be done right.

I have to add after the comment by the owner about purchasing things online 2016 most of our purchases are online and the truth of the matter is he wasn't familiar with the newer cars which use LED lights now they use lower voltage.

if he is not knowledgeable or able to competently work on newer vehicles he should make that clear up front and it's not in my opinion.

and to refer to someone as a cheapskate because they purchase their item online. it's obvious this individual is not active in modern times were most Commerce is done online.
