American Inn & Suites LAX — Hotel in Inglewood

This hotel was terrible. There were no room maids for the two nights we stayed. The room had no towels in it to take a showe except the floor towel they put on the floor of the bathroom. I told the managers that there were no towels in the room. He told me that he was going to check the room. I waited 20 minutes for him to show up. He never came . I went back down stairs to the office and said are you coming to the room because I need some towels. He said that i refused the service in front of the other manager. I told him no i didn't you said you were coming to the room to check if we had towels i said okay. He continued to lie to me and the other manager. I was about to cancel the room through hotels dot com. I called hotels dot com and told them what happened. They said that it was okay to cancel by the hotel. I told the gir on the phone if you can get them to get me some towels then I will not have to cancel the room. Five minutes later I saw one of the two managers they finally gave me some towels. It was only two. For anyone who finds this review if you see this hotel on a app that you use with a sweet deal don't book it. You will save yourself alot annoyance and a lot of...

We would have been much better off to have slept in our car. The room was filthy. I've never seen such a filthy motel room. The floor was not vacuumed, there was a lot of stuff all over the floor. The walls had brown spots and streaks all over. It looked like they had painted over cigarette smoke stains, but there were also obvious bugger flicks all over too. There was a big hole in the wall where it appeared the TV wall mount had been torn off. There were lots and lots of cigarette butts all over outside. The bathroom light had a short in it; sometimes it came on and sometimes it didn't. The strangest and most annoying thing however, was the motion detector on the main room light. My husband sleeps with his feet out of the blankets. Every time he moved his feet while he was sleeping the light came on. We didn't get any sleep at all. The only reason we attempted to sleep in the room is the fact that we paid for the room on line and only had 4 hours available to sleep before we needed to get up. We didn't want to cut into our sleep time to look for another motel. . If it were possible I'd give this place a negative star rating. It...

I wish I could delete this star. I'm sitting here in tears because my 6 year old very Light skinned daughter was eaten up so terrible by this motels Bed Bugs!!!!!!! Her cheek has a huge hole in it. I rushed my daughter to the hospital after carefully examining her entire body! She was bitten on her back, legs, upper eye lid, neck front and back, both arms. Doctor said she had an allergic reaction to the bites. We informed management and he simply said " okay, so what do you want me to do"!!!! He never apologized even after seeing my daughter's face arms etc. He said that the only thing he can and will do is give us another room!!!! I hate this place! My only daughter is devistated and VERY self conscious now. She was given 4 prescription drugs!!! It's been a week and she's still suffering! Oh and yes we went back to the room removed the sheets turned the bed over and saw 3 BED BUGS!!!! SO WE ALL KNOW IF I SEE THREE THERE ARE 100'S OF THEM!
