The rooms were so clean and the manager vivian was so nice. I enjoyed my stay no complaints. Until last night I've never in my life seen a person treat a disabled guest so rudely. Timothy the front desk clerk made this lady's key wrong 2 times the second time she asked if I would call him and have him open her door. He said no she had to come back down. This lady walks around with an oxygen tank. I asked his name to address him properly and he said no f* that I'm not gonna get in trouble and before he finished I hung up walked down there and told him I didn't ask his name to get him in trouble I did it to address him properly . When the lady gets down there and asks to get her keys remade for the 3rd time he says no I've already made them twice. She said ur gonna deny me access to my room. She was getting upset and she said then give me my money back and he starts cussing her out I couldn't help but get involve. He tried to play the race card making it seem as if she was racist saying he's white . After all this that went on for 10 min he goes makes her key. Since it's a motel and we can't say rooms basically her room was like 521 when he was making keys for 512 kinda thing this all could have been avoided if he was paying attention. Jason vivian and one other young man with dreads have been great with there customer service but that man Timothy has a bad attitude and horrible customer service nobody should lose there job cuz that's there livelihood. But he need to be taught some proper educate and customer service skills or go work at...
Read moreThis was my first stay at a Motel 6 in 30 years and will likely be my last. For sure I will never stay at this property again. Arrived at 1AM and as my brother and I were unloading our luggage 2 sheriff deputies in a marked car approached and promptly began to stare us down and as questions that can only be interpreted as intimidating and harassing. There was nothing friendly or cordial about that interaction. Once that was over we checked in to a room on the 6th floor that must have been the Cheech and Chong VIP room. Spoke to the lobby about the foul odor and the woman promptly said “you can have a refund” with no effort to solve the problem. After some haggling we were given a room in the 6th floor. Again, it must have been where the Marlboro Man filmed his commercial before kicking the bucket. By that time it was 2am, were tired and too late to search for other accommodations. The room I guess you can say was “clean” with spartan accommodations. The windows were too dirty to see the 405 freeway. Might as well have had no windows because the traffic noise projected like it came right through the room. The room smelled so bad my luggage, clothes and CPAP machine came back smelling like an ash tray, if you are old enough to remember those. ...
Read moreFinding the motel was easy to find. Parking is free, but tight in the back. Close to the SoFi stadium. And lots of place nearby to eat. Checking in was easy, but they do hold a $100 incase something is damaged or missing. The guy with dreads who checked us in seemed like he didn’t like his job. Unfriendly, no smile, back turned. He had his EarPods on and kept saying “huh” (we’ll take off your AirPods so you can hear us!). Upon entering the room, very strong smell of cleaning product. Floors were sticky. There was a hole in my comforter. Bath towels are very tiny, toddler size. Other than that, the room seemed cleaned. No blow dryer, shampoo in the rooms. Washer and dryer would have been nice, and a do not disturb sign. Having to reactivate the key card is very much of a hassle especially with a sleeping child to carry. Which does tell me that the area can be unsafe. Came back one night, and saw the security (tall, dark guy) go in and out of a guest room, which seemed very sketchy… Overall, I definitely would not be back here. But if you need a place to stay near the SoFi/LA Clippers stadium, then this is the...
