Airport Motel — Hotel in Inglewood

This motel have roaches and termites. I was there looking to book for 3 days and it wasn't even a hour when I seen a roach crawling on the wall. Not only that when I was using the. Bathroom, I picked up the toilet paper and unwrapped it and all roaches fell out into my underwear. Plus, there were termites all around my toilet. When I was about to hop in the shower I seen roaches all in the tub so I just decided to get a refund and had them return all my money back that I'm still waiting on receiving. (Its been 3 days) When I returned the key to him, he was trying to keep my money saying that since he had to clean my room I should give him the money. Like dont make your problems mine. I made a reservation last week & the person at the front desk was very unorganized she just told me to write my name and the date I was planning on coming on a piece of paper, so than a today I called them to make sure my reservation was good, so I wouldn't come on the day of and have any problems getting my room anyways when I called, the lady who answered barely could understand me and I could barely understand her so the language barrier was def a problem, but I asked her about my reservation and she just told me "yes come" and that's all she kept saying. In the 200+ hotels I have stayed in this year, this was my single worst experience.||The solo manager take a $5 "key deposit" when you check in - must pay cash - and then refuses to return it at the end, first pretending to not know what you are talking about, then creating a series of laughable reasons why the deposit should not be refunded, then finally taking out the five dollars but leaving it on their side of the thick glass, talking. And talking and talking, waiting to see how long you will put up with this over $5. ||More importantly, the bed is AWFUL, the room is filthy, the door does not close and the internet does not work....
