I am from texas and come to Inglewood to visit often and the one thing on my mind from even before the flight is having new millennium pizza. Their customer service is so bad. I called to place a delivery order and the man asked if I had cash I said yes and gave him my address which is in Inglewood exactly 2.5 miles from the location.. the man on the phone with a heavy accent said I was not in Inglewood and after gas lighting me and not allowing me to describe the street name he said “it’s too far.” And I offered to pick it up to stop confusion to get hung up in my face and all my other calls ignored . Very disappointing to think I look forward to this and they don’t consistently have kindness towards their customers. No way did I give attitude, provoke the man at all I was polite and I felt horrible after that short experience. Do better please this is absurd...

I open the box after he leaves and the bread isn't cooked all the way and there is a bucket of grease in the centet of the pizza on top of the cheese. I called and complaint and the gentleman who answered said he will have the delivery man bring another pizza in an hour since o explained the pizza was not edible. I waited till 9 and I called. The same gentleman answered and after I explained who I was he hung up on me, I called 3 more times after and he refused to pick up. This is horrible customer service. I’ve ordered from this establishment on and off for some time, but this most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for a barbecue chicken pizza and added mushrooms and pineapple as extra toppings. What I received, however, was a pizza with only the added toppings, no barbecue sauce, no chicken, nothing resembling what I actually ordered.
Since I placed the order through Slice, I reached out to them directly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the restaurant refused to correct the mistake or offer a refund. That kind of response is not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service.
Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. I won’t be ordering...
