Natalie Hill is the best! Before every appointment, she takes the time to sit me down and talk through our plan, making sure we're completely on the same page. She really listens and ensures both of our visions align. Before she even picks up the scissors, she shows me in the mirror and checks that I’m comfortable with the amount she’s about to cut.

One of the hairstylist When they were washing my hair, they were scratching my scalp with their extension nails. It was really painful and just awful. When they were drying my hair, it was so close to my scalp. It just hurt most of the time felt like it was burning my scalp.
