Super 7 INN — Hotel in Joplin

Initially gave us a room with one king bed that wasn't even made and the room was dirty! Went to the office and he quickly changed it to the 2 bed room we ordered. Got to room and it's double beds after saying queen. AC worked good. Everything else was horrible!!! Starting at the back of the room... bathroom had 1 towel, 1 wash cloth for 3 people and no way to get more towels...even after asking at office!! One light worked in bathroom and it was in the shower that barely spit out water and the temp of the water varied during the shower. The bottom of the shower was dirty, toilet paper was cheapest of the cheap, and there was a roach on the wall and one on ceiling. The beds have springs that are hurtful. The tv wasn't plugged in and I figured out why shortly after plugging it in and turning it on....sound was good but the picture had static and a few lines down it. Shortly after laying down emergency lights were blaring through our upstairs window WITH the curtain closed! Apparently this is a usual thing. There are no phones in rooms. And in the morning, 2 MEN came to the room to ask if we were staying overnight again or leaving. Then they went knocking on other doors and then waited by the doors strangely. I would save your money and go to a real motel 6 or...

This super 7 Inn is not worth the money you have to pay to stay here. The 1st room they gave me stunk and had roaches in the shower, I went and told the clerk I'd like to have another room because of that and I'd was happy to give me another room, except it wouldn't be on the ground floor like I wanted. Well the very 1st night my grandson and I started there was yelling and fighting between midnight and 1 am. Not cool when your little one gets woke up and is scared to death crying because of it. I asked for the shower to be fixed cause it was barely working, they said they're have the maintenance guy fix it. But a week later we're still the same. I just told the lady that checked us in and she said she'd tell the maintenance team. It also has false advertisment, like the pool, maintenance closed it to fix the paint and the management told him not to reopen it, it advertised a working pool and it also states that there's a laundry place for people who stay there, we were told there wasn't any place for us to do our laundry. Another bad thing is this morning on my day off we were woke up before 8 am by the staff blasting music so loud, then he started yelling at everyone and woke the rest of my family up. This hotel isn't worth a crap unless they get new...

I wish I could give no stars. I stayed there 02/27 to 02/28 with my 2 dogs. I picked this place bc it stated dog friendly. Bad decision. $70 is way overpriced!! The place is full of drug addicts and alcoholics. The outside is dirty and cluttered. I saw a guy sitting underneath the stairs shooting up. I parked beside an old truck with expired plates, fully loaded with scrap. I was warned not to touch his scrap......really? The Lady at the front desk was laying in her chair, back to the customer window, feet propped on the desk playing on her phone. She was very rude. The guy that was there when I left was even ruder. The room was considered a non smoking room but smelled like a smoking lounge at the airport. The blanket on the bed stunk, had burn holes in there and was dirty. Bloodstains in the bathroom, even the towels smelled bad. Only the bathroom light and one light in the main room worked. Shower was nasty - I stepped on a towel and attempted to shower. No such luck, the shower rod came down and literally stabbed me. Fridge and Microwave were dirty, so I opted not to use them. Window did not open. NEVER again, I'd rather sleep in...
