The kitchen staff: They were great 👍 and the food was cooked perfectly. It came properly prepared and looked delicious 😋. However I would have actually been able to give 5 stars if it weren't for the reception and service we received. Let me explain my experience with them if I may. Ahem... First the hosting staff: Upon arriving our party of 4 weren't even greeted with a smile from the 2 hostesses who actually only looked annoyed we were there. We asked to be seated in a booth but we were told none were available and were seated at a middle table with empty booths all around. 🫤 Second the server: After perusing the menus for about 20 minutes ⌚ our server arrived(she was very friendly) to ask for our drink order, but we had ample time to have our entire order ready to give her🎉. However as friendly as she was she didn't seem to be very experienced/trained for it to be coming upon dinner rush to be at this position as she wasn't very organized nor seemed to have a sense of speediness or attention to details. She finally returns⌚ with our drinks and appetizers(again the kitchen 💯) but they had cooled a bit because of the wait(still amazing though 😁). She then returns and brings one claw tool and a bowl for 3 orders needing them, we didn't bring it to her attention because we didn't mind sharing but then dinner came and things got complicated. Let me express that we ordered straight off the menu with nothing being changed. She couldn't remember what went where and didn't have answers for simple questions about the food on the plates, such as where the fried shrimp came from that weren't ordered, where were the 2 other crab leg orders, the ordered salad, an order of broccoli, and the cheesecake order. Oh my the cheesecake order 🫣, I think the poor girl may have melted her brain with this simple request 😵💫. So after 3 attempts at asking for them and at each attempt the complete forgetfulness of them even being requested, we ask to pay the bill, including this order of cheesecakes, so we could allow other customers to be seated as soon as we finished, she returns the receipt and card and after waiting another 15 minutes, with a full restaurant and customers waiting to be seated mind you, we finally gave up on her returning with them(and they looked like they'd be amazing 😞) bad enough right but as I went to be refunded for the dessert the hostesses were completely blind to my existence, granted it was busy but 🤯 so I tipped the minimum and I...
Read moreMy wife and I went to Red Lobster back in December for a date night, first night out without kids in almost 14 months. I couldn't describe to you how terrible and repulsive this place was. From sitting for 30mins before getting drinks, then the food (ordered 2 steak and shrimp scampi dinners - first, out of asparagus when placing order, tuna poke took AN HOUR (explaining that the tuna was still frozen... but get this - they used a defroster or hot water to thaw it as it had begun to turn white and had no flavor at all), our medium rare steaks were cold, tough, and STEAK ONLY COOKED -well done at that- ON ONE SIDE??? Then they flipped it over so it could warm a little on the other and still stay red in the middle?!) being awful, hospitality (overly rude, and rarely saw our waiter) , cleanliness (the same three tables surrounding us remained covered with dirty dishes from prior customers and were still there when we left 2 hours later - even a half hour AFTER we informed the manager!!!), and I could go on. The waiter agreed to how bad our experience was and apologized. Then the manager still had the nerve to bring our ticket with a full $56 price on it! We were livid! I advised that I understood bad days happen, to which she replied nothing was out of sorts but that there was a "HUGE party in the back that came in at the same time," when the lot had 3 cars in it when we got there, and 4 when we left! Needless to say, the manager comped our inedible dinner and gave us a $50 gift card to come back for a "better experience." Fifty bucks wouldn't cover what we ordered (waters, mind you!) even WITHOUT the asparagus! We have purposely avoided that place and didn't want to go back. So we tried to give it another shot and tonight we ordered to go. Well... to make it short, they confirmed exactly how terrible they really are. The shrimp alfredo tasted pretty much like a seafood microwave dinner, my kids were given dried up oranges, soft, mushy cheese sticks and so on. This is a SEVERE management problem!!!! Never going back. WAY over-priced for the instant garbage that they really serve. Only because I have to, 1 star instead of no stars because of the extra biscuits....
Read moreWe visited on 4/20/2024 (keep in mind we went 3/17/2024 and spent over $400 & had the only good experience from a gentleman waiter, who unfortunatelywas not there this last time) The girl hostess was extremely rude, we asked for a booth, she sat us at a table, when asked if we could be moved she snatched our menus from our table and threw them at a booth. The waitress was very rude as well. We own a Construction company, have tattoos and apparently to the rude staff, they didn't think we was capable of dropping several hundreds of dollars on a good meal and service. Just ask the male waiter how much his tip was from the husband and wife with the tattoos and blue fish bowl drinks....Anyway, my wife ordered a Lobster punch, took one sip and about choked, it was pure sugar, no liquor, she sent it back. Then we ordered their flight of margaritas, also terrible. The first batch was so watered down and they remade them, there was also no alcohol in them, after 3 there was no tipsy what so ever lol, maybe their bartender drinks the shots or they used water down liquor, in any case don't waste your time and money on their signaturedrinks, my wife was a bartender and we occasionally have drinks, so we know how they should taste lol. We ordered the dragon calamari, it was terrible.....it was rubbery and inedible, it was like it sat under a hot lamp and the cook threw some sauce on it and sent it out. I ordered the steak and lobster and paid extra for the 12oz stak (I got the exact same thing 1 month earlier and it was so much food I had to take it home), this time the steak was all gristle and the lobster was half the size as a month ago. My wife got the lobster and shrimp with salmon, everything over cooked. We ordered the lobster queso and literally did not get it until after we got our check. This horrible experience lasted 83 min and we was checked on a total of 3 times. Between the hostess, server, bartender and food it was a miserable experience.
