Pro's: Brand new bldg., modern decor, super-clean, friendly staff, good rates. I've added-on another night's stay twice and still same good rate. Seafood and Mediterranean a short walk away and all kinds of food & entertainment w/i a mile or so radius (Whiskey Cake, movie theater, Katy Mills Mall, etc.).
Con's: WiFi keeps dropping out for a minutes or two, then comes back (rm. 103 near end of bldg), Hope they fix this; this seems to be a common problem when I travel . . Motel-style layout so your door opens into the outside (no enclosed hallway to trap sound), and the door seals/gaskets did not seal at all and let a lot of light and sound in. With this setup, a good sealing door is crucial, esp. when located right off the interstate and feeder roads. Noise in room wasn't too terrible, but could def. be better and was noticeably more than more-expensive hotel--style setups . . The blackout curtains are nice, but let a lot of light in on the sides where it's a gap of several inches between the wall and curtain . . I pushed the little table up against the curtain to hold it against the wall and even just that helped a ton. Otherwise, my room lit up like a football stadium around 7-8am. Lobby could use a tall thermos w/ pump handle on top to keep fresh-made coffee fresh (they let me make my own fresh batch though, which was nice). TV in room is nice, new and fairly large but has some kind of volume auto-leveling in it that sometimes dips the volume way down when music with bass comes on in the background and I have to turn the volume wide open to understand dialog . . no menu option to turn that off. Worse on some programs than others.
If rates were much more, I'd probably opt for the hotel-style layout since I value quietness more than most, but for the price and all else considered, it's a fair deal and I would consider another stay when I come back this way . . esp. if they correct the...
Read moreMust read about the truth on this property I normally make my reviews short but they had so many screw ups to where there was no way to shorting it.The disrespect from the upper managment was intolerable. I was charged 2 times for the same night several times. stayed here numerous of times. The front desk clerk Regina was super sweet and did everything to make our stay comfortable needless to say there was no way to do that when you are treated like trash, room had bugs that bite then was moved to there sister property at 2am and was ask to collect a sample of the bug that we were claimingto be an issue. As if we brought them, not to mention; the bugs were there in abundance prior to our arrival. Then in return of us having to do all this was told that we could not bring our things into the hotel and had to pack everything in our car potentially bring the infestation there. Now, you would think there would be some compensation, or at least a simple apology... Unfortunately, the outcome was quite the opposite; the onsite Manager of the property was so inconsiderate and extremely rude by coming and telling us it was time to checkout, my boyfriend just asked a question on the bug issue she immediately went into defense mode. Yelling and screaming saying we needed to get out her hotel rolling her eyes snapping her fingers im guessing to intimidate us.Her unprofessional actions she choose to display was one of the worst by far. Not dropping this issue next step will be talking to the Better Business Bureau because no one should be treated like this.Words of advise"FIND ANOTHER HOTEL TO...

★★★★★ A Truly Divine Stay — Every Detail Perfectly Aligned
From the moment I arrived, I knew this wasn’t going to be a typical hotel experience—it was a like a divinely orchestrated portal of peace and alignment. Before I even made it to my room, the front desk associate went above and beyond, kindly offering to switch rooms if I wasn’t fully comfortable. That kind of genuine care and intuition set the tone for the entire stay.
Turns out I didn’t need my room switched, it was clean, and actually the accent wall was my favorite color!
Fast forward to a late-night remote situation: I called down around 1AM and the gentleman at the front desk was at my door within two minutes. He explained that he technically wasn’t allowed to enter guest rooms after 11PM, but offered to fix the issue as long as I could leave the door open. I stepped out, and he resolved everything with such grace and efficiency—it was done in seconds.
But what truly touched me was his energy: kind, respectful, a little nervous (rightfully so, entering a woman’s room so late at night), but deeply tender-hearted and genuine. I could feel his presence—he truly wanted to help, and he asked for nothing in return… I really appreciate that rule being a single woman in a hotel room alone.
This stay has been infused with care, warmth, and beautiful synchronicity. Every person I encountered reflected a level of integrity and kindness that’s rare to find. I felt seen, safe, and completely supported. I’ll absolutely be back—and I’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone who values not just comfort, but true,...
