Spent a week with the whole family and had a fabulous time. We had both the penthouse and another 2 bedroom unit and both rooms were excellent. The penthouse is a beautiful unit with floor to ceiling windows all around allowing tons of natural light and a fantastic cross breeze. The wrap around deck has some great views of downtown Kennebunk. It even has a separate room for card or board games that was enjoyed by both the adults and kids. There is not much on property, but they do provide a parking pass to the beach. We've stayed at a number of timeshares across the US and this one is one of the best in comfort and luxury in the room. My husband and I stayed for a weekend in December. The suite felt luxurious and was immaculate, spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Like home away from home. The staff are wonderful, warm, and welcoming. They go out of their way to be helpful. Even though the hotel is on the Main road, it was not at all noisy day or night. Seriously one of the best night's sleep I've had away from home. There are lots of unique and interesting shops and places to eat within walking distance. Very large, comfortable well appointed and scrupulously clean rooms. Washer/dryer, large kitchen, comfortable beds and living room snd large balcony. Away from hub bub of Kennebunkport which for me was a plus. Just 10 minutes to beach. Lots good area info. Coffee shop downstairs is closed but nice cafe nearby Bevs Cafe and hear Boulangerue is good but was closed on Mondays. Only drawback is a service repair station across street on weekdays can be heard beginning at 8 am. Still well worth it snd even gas stations in Kennebunkport are...
