Welcome Motel — Hotel in Killeen

Booking was easy, the hotel smelled like cigarettes really bad. I left home for my off day, I came back because I still had the room for one more day. I had fortunately packed all my things but my food, bc I knew I was coming back. I came back to nothing! They threw everything out, the front desk tried to tell me my things went bad. The entire stay there was no cleaning done. When I left for my off day they cleaned it and threw my food out. The front desk lady after telling me my food went back, I names everything I left behind and she went in the back to bring me my things. A few things were missing. This place is trash the owners are money hungry and rude he has addicts working for free rooms and selling drugs to customers so much traffic through the night it's ridiculous also when asked to borrow a broom because a glass jar broke at 10pm I was told to wait until morning I am a diabetic and could have gotten glass in my foot but when I told them this they hung up in my face I am reporting this place to the BBB with hopes that they get their stuff together or loose the property they definitely won't be getting a dime of my money anymore also I was told by the owner that I couldn't have more blankets and sheets because they don't change them every day they change them every 15 days recorded the conversation and can't wait to...

Stayed in this hotel on Monday and reviews are in line with what I saw. I could of negotiated on priceline and received a 3 star hotel for what I paid one night at this location. I was half sleep in my room and felt something crawling on me. I was grossed out to see a roach crawling on me. Of course after that, you check everything in the bed. I come to realize that this hotel has bed bugs. I have bites all over my body and will be in contact with the health department about this hotel. I would not...
