If I could choose zero stars I would.

BUYER BEWARE!!

This was the worst purchasing experience ever. The sales staff is very accommodating until you sign your receipt and other forms and pay for your purchase. After sales customer service is nonexistent. They don’t return phone calls, then when you call back and finally reach someone you are reminded of the documents you signed (as if you forgot you signed them). They refuse to give you a signed copy of the documents, which you have a right to. The sales person threatened to cancel my purchase because I asked for a signed copy of my receipt and the other documents I had signed. I ended up using my cell phone to take a picture of the documents. Assurances were made which subsequently were not honored.

I don’t have a problem if the answer to my question(s)/concern is negative, but at least show me the same courtesy and consideration you showed when taking my money. At least return my phone call! It’s not necessary to keep reminding me I signed some documents, I’m fully aware of what I signed. Signing documents does not preclude me from inquiring further.

This was my 2nd fairly large purchase from Mattress Firm and it’s my last. That includes any of its affiliates as well.

James helped us with our browsing. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took what was important to us and showed us the mattresses that fit our budget and needs. The fact we had choices was nice and he gave us space to try them out and discuss our options (my husband and me). He gave us upsale options once we finalized our choice of mattress. It was nice the way he did it. Offered the upsale item and let us know all the benefits without making me feel obligated so we could decide for ourselves.
