If you value your health? You definitely need to read this! Before you eat at this place!!! This is a newer store. The store layout is different from the older stores. In the older stores, when you step up to the counter, everything is open to you. You can see the crew. Grilling and dressing burgers. Dropping fries in the grease. You can see everyone wearing hats for hair restraint. Even the bearded cook wearing a hair net for his beard. You can see the crew wearing plastic gloves and aprons. *But *when I walked up to the counter in this newer store. I see everything hidden and closed off by a wall. I waited 5 minutes before someone came from behind the wall. What is going on behind the wall? You can't see the crew. In this store, I witnessed a man return his burger inside the store that he got from the drive-through. Gave it back, showing a chewed up band-aid in his burger. I felt sorry for the man. He did know what health problems would happen to him. As the man sadly voiced his health concerns. The cook demanded him to leave the store and called the cops on him. As I was leaving the store, three Montgomery County Sheriff SUVs pulled up to the store doors. Literally surrounded the store building. Like some major crime was happening. The cook stated that she wore gloves. But it's her word against his. Nobody can see the crew on the other side of the wall. I prayed for the man. I hope he is not suffering from any health problems from a band-aid that he chewed on when eating his burger. I have no idea what happened to the poor man....
Read moreWell it was ok because I was hungry but I think that when making a burger I think they should make it like if it were theirs. I know it gets hectic and busy but when the burgers looks like it been like a little sloppy it feels like (oh well) I'm hungry anyways even though I was I didn't appreciate it. Like I said. It was ok. I guess l feel like if I had guests in my home and it's more than 15 people I would want their burgers to like if it was my plate or my family's. I know how it feels when you're on a rush but when you finish something look back check it two times or three times. That way you correct the problem right there. If it takes a couple of seconds it will be alright. I rather for the burgers to look healthy and eatable and say they make the best burgers than to say it was okay. And don't get me wrong I like eating in Whataburger it's a very clean respectful restaurant the staff are great and friendly. I just think it just needs a little more heart and a little more creative. You will never know who will walk in that restaurant. Thank you and have a...
Read moreThere’s something that ain’t goin right in that kitchen, where they can never get my order right. Ever. Maybe short handed, maybe a young kid(s) who thinks it’s funny. Or not paying attention to details. But it’s almost all the time, no exaggeration. A simple task that takes an extra two seconds to read what’s being asked, make it right, get it out right. I always get the opposite of what I ask. I understand it gets busy, but with how long it takes that we wait there…we should be able to have the correct food we ask for. It makes the experience much worse. I kept going back giving the benefit of the doubt it was a mistake, but it is every time….which seems very intentional. It feels like young kids just there for the paycheck with poor work ethic and no direction. I chalk that up to management though. Poor management, poor squad. I added additional star just for the few we have encountered were friendly and feel bad for the ones that try but can’t carry the whole team. Consider new management or employees, carelessness is hurting...
