First time here and I will DEFINITELY BE BACK! The young lady who attended me was super sweet and nice. Before coming, I searched up how to order. It’s basically like a subway, only more modern and even more fresh 🤤

You tell them how much of this or that you want. I got about 4 scoops of lettuce and I got about 2-3 scoops of all the veggies I wanted for $10.95 if I’m not mistaken. I added protein (which is a scoop) for like $3bucks. In the end, I had a large hearty salad and had leftovers.

Th employee let me try pesto chicken and garlic and herb chicken and man both were yummy, I went with the pesto! I liked that she asked if I was allergic (to I forgot what) before trying the pesto, that was a great heads up for those who are. She also let me try a jalapeño avocado dressing before pouring onto my bowl and that alone was great! At check out she recommended a spicy chipotle dressing and a jalapeño avocado dressing mixed TOGETHER and brought me those two in a container to take and try. I really liked the layout, loved how she was attentive and encouraged me to try new things (will find my ticket to give her name, small sweet girl with glasses ☺️) but all in all, I will be back!! Staff is phenomenal. They did what they could while their manager was completely out of line and out of control. Honestly replace the general manager though, absolutely insane how she chose to act. This still stands, called to get her last name to file a formal corporate complaint and she is claiming that "this is all over Facebook and you had people call us" - like no, lady, I didn't. I actually have a life. I did want to get the names for a written complaint which should be simple enough.

Tina misused the term "harassment" as well. Harassment isn't one phone call asking for a reference number for the refund nor is it asking for name and title to properly document a complaint. Nobody has bothered you in person and nobody is bothering you on the phone.

Written reviews are not harassment - it's literally just me writing a review. I haven't done anything this psycho is paranoid about either, this isn't a crime documentary.

I attempted to use gift cards I received for my birthday, but the cashier flat-out refused, claiming she wasn't trained to process them. When I asked her to check with a coworker or another location, she said she couldn’t be bothered and insisted I come back when a manager was available. It's unacceptable that your employees are not trained to handle gift cards, especially when I’ve had no issues using them at other Salata locations. This is my favorite place for healthy food, but this experience makes me question whether I should even bother asking for gift cards in the future.
