Baymont by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista South — Hotel in Kissimmee

This places is GROSS! The first room they gave us we literally had to bust the door in to get in and out. So they transferred us to the room next door which was even worst. It’s basically an old super 8 or red roof that they through paint on it and called it an upgrade. I was super on edge as soon I pulled up but I can say Alex at the front desk was very helpful but was not able to refund us due to it being a management decision which I can’t fault him for. However the place is nasty and the room itself is very mediocre. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and someone’s hair is left all over the place. After taking a shower, I felt dirtier than when I got in. Overall we will stay tonight because I’ve been traveling all day but I’d rather cut my vacation short and go home than to stay here another night. This place was a disgusting mess. Came here with my family I should have spent the extra 20 bucks because they charged me a resort fee of 14 dollars a night?? Resort fee??? Wth that was not on priceline why am I paying extra anything. This place is NOT A RESORT!!!

Had the soap was a one use soap. 1 washrag. The toilet seat doesnt fit. Tv is had a total of 15 channels and most of them were either out of sync or had pixelation. Wires everywhere the door has back bracer as if someone busted the door open before. The fridge isnt getting cold

Outside the room there was nothing but people smoking pot and smelling of absolute excitement. This place looks like its from the 1980s.
