The cashier, Tosh was exceedingly rude. She abruptly gave me instructions on where to place items from my cart so she wouldn’t get confused with what she had already scanned. Obviously I didn’t place my items on the counter in a manner that she saw fit, because she threatened: I guess you want to be overcharged. Then she just glared at me in my eyes like she was daring me to say something. I was so outraged, I called the store when I left and asked to speak to a manager. The person who answered said she was the manager. In the middle of my complaint, she cut me off and told me and apologized. (She really didn’t seem like she was interested.) When I insisted, she said she agreed with me and would speak to Tosh’s supervisor. I was a bit confused…as she said she was the manager. I would definitely love to speak to someone from your corporate office over this...

First time visiting this place and it was awesome! I went to check out the rug section and boy was I impressed with how much they had to choose from and how they had all of it organized. They had loads of stuff for your home as the name implies and because it's Christmas they had so much holiday decorations out for sale as well. They had everything from garden planters to canvas prints for your walls with everything else that comes in between. They sold cheap looking furniture very compreparable to Ikea furniture. I spent a few hours looking around this store and I will make a trip in the spring when I'm ready to change things up around the house for relatively cheap, I'll know to start...

Clarissa the red head with freckles looked like she was going to jump off the ladder and kill herself when I asked her to reach down a picture that was too high for me. There was zero other workers around... ever. Several of us were looking for people the entire time. I stood at the front cashiers looking for someone along with other people, no one to be found! Clarissa also dropped a lot of stuff on the ground and just walked off. The lady at the cashier also looked miserable. Is it a requirement to hate your life to work here?
