Highly unprofessional. They automatically said they didn’t have change for my order that took 10 mins for them to even notice…then after being just straight nasty saw I made a pretty big order and wouldn’t be needing so much change back. Eye rolling as soon as I said excuse me to get their attention as well…I get it yall are short staffed but if yall want to be respected give it in return. I wasn’t being nasty. Will be calling their higher up tomorrow since today is a Sunday. Will look for somewhere else to eat for now on. And the manager Estefany needs to be reevaluated for her position. Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE i put my order at 9pm and didnt get till 10:50pm due too no drivers around the area. I was ok with that casue it was Uber eats part of faulty. BUT i called store and asked if when driver was in route if we could get our food remade since food was already made sitting for a hour cold and they agreed. WELL the food was freaking colder than alaska smh. I am a manager at wendys and this is unacceptable ! Never again i should of bought a bag of chips instead and a pop. Worst experience in my life. Cheesy Gordita Crunch box was good just wasn't enough food while being pregnant. You had to order at the kiosk today I guess their register wasn't working. I captured the sweetest moment between the cashier and an elderly customer going into detail of what ingredients were in each thing he wanted to try.
