Normally, when I'm going to mi ranchito it's usually my boyfriend in the driver's seat and me passenger. We always use the drive thru and he the Order-er. We order the same dish each and every time we go without fail. Out of the intercom comes a very crackley "...El-come to mi ...anchito, are ..ooo..ready to order?" Drawing in one very long breath my boyfriend begins,"uh yes, may I get the NACHO FRIES? but, Instead of the nacho cheese can I get shredded cheese?" "Shredded cheese, ok, you want that melted?" "Yes please and no onion and no cilantro and can I get the fries well done and 1 green sauce and 1 red on the side???" The drive thru worker repeats our order and we proceed to add a large pineapple juice "And that's it." "Ok ...Or total es $12.12, ....E-ase ...ull up to the ...O." Idk how but each and every time he orders it always comes out perfect. The nachos are so fresh and the cheese is the same temp as LAVA!! We have no choice but to wait until we get home (about 6 min drive). By then it's the perfect temp. The box let's out a huge cloud of steam and the tangy smell of the green and red salsa tickle your nose hairs while you're pouring them all over making sure to hit each and every perfectly crispy fry. I'm handed one of the two plastic forks out of the bag and immediately begin to salivate as I anticipate my first bite. Without judgement we both are able to fully emerse ourselves in the fabulously complimented dish. Mouthful after delicious mouthful washing it down with that large ice cold fresh pineapple juice. Yum!! However, I mentioned I rarely go there alone. I could recite the order verbatim and it never fails, I get home.. onions, yes, cilantro ( I think they put extra), the fries soggy AF and no salsa at all. Smh idk why?? So in the event I find myself in that drive thru alone...IM PUTTING HIM ON SPEAKER PHONE!! lol Thank you mi ranchito!! For the most part...

I'll get to the point. My food not so great. I order a Gordita and Mulita. La Gordita was way over cooked and thin. It was basically a tostada. The mulita...was soggy. My wife ordered taquitos and they were also over cooked...the shell was too dark. She also had 2 tacos of pastor. And it wasn't true al pastor.
My kids did order some sopes and Burritos and that was definitely the safest items...but do keep in mine that the Burritos are actually small.
The waitress/ order takers.... Don't have manners. She was taking my order and continuesly would walk away when I telling her what I want. May be she was overwhelmed or what ever.
The cooks are pleasant and will answer your questions
Honestly I won't be back here. But if you have no choice. Pick something...
Read moreI get home and my order is wrong . I ordered 2 Carne asada burritos. They were combo burritos that I got. I CALLED them and tried to tell them. First thing that I was told is we are closed. Didn't even want to hear it. Then told me I need to be more clear on what I ordered. I said I never said the words combination burritos . Plus the fact they charged me for Carne asada burritos. They screw up and blame the customer for there mistake. I will never eat there again. Very rude and unprofessional . Not only that the combination burritos have meat rice and beans. They were all rice a table spoon of meat and no beans in them.. be aware to check your order before you leave they won't fix it and treat you like your the dummy. Not saying all of rthem are bad service . But the one on ave I suck. In...
