Just spent $52 on mediocre food that was so bad, it put my partner in a bad mood. Pastrami melt is almost $10, but didn't have cheese, bread was barely toasted, and the meat could've come from Arby's! The girl at the counter was helping prepare food, but neither washed her hands or put on gloves before she made the nacho fries (another ~$10 item!). The nacho cheese used (which is what made them "nacho fries"!) didn't have any jalapeno flavor. The $8 cup of obvious canned chili was the size of a Wendy's small. The burger was ok (standard greasy spoon fare), fried sides (onion rings, zucchini, and fried pickles), were grocery store quality, not made in-store, which was disappointing. But, at least they weren't floppy, I guess. The ranch dressing they charge $1/each for are generic salad dressing quality.
I went inside the store to order, and almost walked out to go through the drive thru, because I started to think there was no one anyone working the counter, it took so long to start placing my order. (As I put my hand out to open the door, I was finally helped.) There was also no place to sit while you wait for food, so I kinda wish I still went with the drive thru option, lol.
Between the mid-level quality of the offerings and small portion sizes, it's not worth the prices charged. No wonder they have a label on the counter that says "SORRY...
Read moreI ordered a patty melt combo, the price was $18, I asked at the drive thru speaker what kind of bread does it come on and I was told rye bread and when I got home it was uncooked white sandwich bread and not cooked, the fries were hard and old and dried out so I called about the poor food and asked to speak to the so-called manager and this is the part that really made me upset, he argued with me about their lousy food and asked what are they going to do about it so he hands the phone to some female and I asked for the manager again and she said that he didn't understand me,.... what wow, I was speaking English and he was Mexican, I am in my right country and if you're going to work in an American establishment you need to be able to communicate with the customers or get out of business, I will never go back here and make sure to watch the food, it was Horrible! And nasty and for $18 and they don't know how to communicate, very unprofessional, treat people any way you want to just because you speak your own language! Get...

Just horrible, not worth the money, barely mediocre. Ordered a pastrami melt, "nacho fries", and chilicup.
Pastrami sandwich was small, resembling more like toast on plain bread instead of a full melt, with dry meat. Like something acquired in the meat section of the local Walmart, with all the juices drawn out.
That touted as "nacho fries" was merely what appeared and tasted to be plain cheese dip like that acquired at the market, choked down dry fries, as well as the "chili", which tasted like canned Dennison's hotdog chili, presented in a smallish cup masquerading as "large".
Nobody wearing masks, apron, or gloves. Cheap establishment - not so much a restaurant than a dirty diner. How such a trashy place stays in business is a mystery.
Overall, flavorless, plain, a laughably bad joke. Like dumpster diving, receiving a crushed styrofoam container, or free charity food. Not recommended at all. Refund desired. Goatis is displeased. Off...
