This place is the sorriest excuse for a business that I've ever seen. I have dealt with them a few times now and it is always a nightmare. A couple of years ago I took my water machine in to be repaired and they totally messed it up. The pipe that is connected to the cooling system was broken and I assumed they would solder it like any qualified technician would. Instead of that, they put a piece of rubber hose on it and hose clamped it. Of course, water in the machine never got cold again. A couple of weeks ago, I needed to order a hinge cover for my freezer. They told me it would be there in 2 days and sure enough it wasn't. They told me it was on backorder so they ordered it through another company that was not backordered. Again, I called back in 2 days and no hinge cover. I called back a couple of more times until they started treating me very rudely. A real clueless idiot named Tyrell who apparently runs the parts department would not even let me get a word in edgewise. I talked to a friend of mine who adult with them and he had a similar experience. He took his 15 year old clothes dryer over there to be repaired and they did not know what they were doing. They decided to change part after part until they found the bad one. Any technician worth his salt would have diagnosed the correct part in the first place. After that, they charge them $300 for parts and repair for his 15 year old dryer that he could have replaced. These people are completely crazy and my advice is...

My family has went here for years and always had a great experience so I took my washer there months ago to get fixed. Well it was still leaking so they came and got it and claimed they fixed it again. Nope still leaked. But I dealt with it because I was about to have a new baby and I didn’t have time to deal with the back and forth so I dealt with the leaking since it’s in my garage. Well fast forward a few months and I called them to tell them the leaking is getting worse so they pick it up and say it will be ready the next day. Never heard from them. Wait a few days and they kept saying they were working on it. Almost a week later finally got in touch with someone and they said they fixed it but wouldn’t bring it back after they said it they would pick it up and drop it off like they have every other time. I've never had problems like other people say in their reviews. They have always gotten me the right part the first time. I needed to replace the controller on an oven and they said it was obsolete and couldn't be ordered so I left somewhat disappointed. They called me back on their own later and said they decided to check a unit in the applience graveyard behind the shop and found one but didnt know if it would even work, but I only had to pay if it worked. I took it home, installed it and it worked great. I've even used them to replace the igniter on my furnace because its essentially the same as an oven, that worked great too.
