I love RH but wow do they put some busted pieces of garbage in this store. Like okay let me pay 4K for a busted up broken marble dining table.... also staff doesn’t acknowledge you, you have to go on a hunt like you are going on safari to find someone. Purchased many items here, you definitely have to go multiple times to find a deal but be sure to always check the website while you are there as well as sometimes it’s not that much of a difference for something brand new. Also they spread out their pieces, if you need a pair of something and they don’t have it, expect yourself to go on a road trip between cherry hill & Delaware and Paramus to find the piece you need. I am a extremely picky/ indecisive customer, but LIZ of this specific RH OUTLET was extremely helpful. My first visit Liz took me right to the cloud couch and was able to tell me everything in detail about the fill and style. I also moved all of the furniture around the store multiple times and she was ok with that even assisting me in the re decorating of her showroom to fit me needs. I then went back later in the evening and Chuck was extremely kind and also was able to show my parents the couch I was purchasing. Liz and Chuck both were a pleasure to deal with.
