Have loved shopping at this store in the past and always enjoyed the fun, friendly and helpful staff- Which gave it more of a boutique shopping experience. However, today I had a very disappointing experience. We were greeted pleasantly when we walked in the door, that was the last positive thing that happened. We were making returns that still had tags on them as well as a tank top that was snagged, that was only about 2 months old, a manager had told us a few weeks earlier to bring back that it was supposed to last longer. These ladies were rude from that moment on, they were talking about the returns and looking at us like we were trying to rip them off. Let me be clear, this has been one of my favorite stores and I spend quite a lot of money with them! I have always enjoyed shopping here, however today I must not have looked like I could afford the merchandise or something. When I entered the door there were 2 associates at the front door and neither of them greeted me. I was not acknowledged at all until one of the very young associates asked if I would like a dressing room as I was holding items in my hands. She was polite and smiled, at least. I observed multiple people come in after me and all of them were greeted and told about the outerwear sale. I was buying a jacket so that would have been helpful to have known, but it was only my eavesdropping that earned me that information. However, today I had a very disappointing experience. I was not greeted when I entered the store and was not spoken to for probably 10 minutes while browsing the store. After gathering a few items to try on and while walking to the changing room someone met me there and let me in and ask my name. I was never offered water, asked about the clothes or offered a change of size. After I decided to leave, I had to find a sales person and say thank you I’m not gonna go with any of the items.
