Mancini's Sleepworld Livermore — Hotel in Livermore

We purchased an Aireloom Trestles Luxury Firm mattress and adjustable base from the Livermore store and can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. Aireloom definitely delivers the luxurious feel they are known for. And we learned not to not underestimate the value of an exceptional base. The Ergomotion Washington base has all of the features we thought would be nice to have and it turns out we love every one of them. The additional features of head tilt and lumbar support are really great if you watch tv in bed.

We made two trips to the Livermore store. Since we haven’t shopped for mattresses in several years the first trip was a learning experience and it was really helpful. Albert and John were both wonderful. They are knowledgeable and very informative and they gave us the space and time to really try out the different models at our own pace with the privacy to discuss our findings as we went. John handled our purchase and he went above and beyond to provide a great deal on a great bed. His expertise and focus on customer satisfaction is outstanding. We actually visited 4 different locations and while all were positive experiences we highly recommend this location as they really go the extra mile on pricing and customer experience. The delivery was also great. They arrived on the early side of the delivery window and Roberto took the time to make sure the bed was where we wanted it and to ensure everything was working properly. I think I literally found the coolest mattress in the world that I haven’t seen anywhere else, a split top, head mattress! It’s perfect for couples who sleep differently, and like I said, I haven’t seen this anywhere else. Even though it was a bit out of our budget, Bailey helped us with finance methods until we figured out a solution. Jerry the store manager was also so helpful . We literally found the mattress in less than 30 minutes with 10 year warranty, delivery, and installation. The few mattress stores we tried before this was the one in Stoneridge Mall, called Casper and we couldn’t afford that at all. The one before that was a mattress firm and honestly they just didn’t have much variety. I felt like I was settling. So we took a few days and a little did I know there was a Mancini’s Sleepworld right next to my house! Anyways, fell in love with the bed frame and mattress and I was also told if I didn’t love it, there’s always an exchange policy till I’m happy! We came in to Mancini’s with zero idea of what we wanted. This is our first real mattress purchase, normally we have ended up with hand-me-downs or online box mattresses but we’re big now and need a real mattress that won’t crush under the weight of our real adult lives every 3-5 years. As soon as we came in, we were greeted by John. John asked us for what we were looking for. When we told him we weren’t really sure, he was extremely helpful in finding the right support we needed. He had us try a couple different mattresses, and had us try out the AI machine in the back to best find the support that we needed. He was very patient and offered helpful feedback and information from his experience. Thanks to John we were able to pick a bed that will last us the next decade.
