I came to catch up with a good friend, and shout out to JM for knowing the best taco spot here in Loma Linda! We ordered variations of the Al pastor tacos. Each taco amounts to about $3.50 each. I got one Azteca taco because I was curious what entailed the extra $0.50 for it to be $4.00. It’s worth it. After eating two tacos, we each got another, because the tacos are that good!!! The third taco I got was the taco de chille relleno - the beans literally melt in your mouth. It’s the cost of about two tacos ~$7, but the portion does consist of two tacos.

What stands out about these tacos - the price, the flavors, and the pineapple salsa (this is a secret menu item and it’s paired so well with the Al pastor tacos). JM shared with me this secret menu item thanks to her loyalty as a customer. I hope to honor this by coming back here anytime I am in need of tacos. I appreciate the different options of salsa offered. The service is also so kind and quick. The bathroom is clean. There’s a good amount of seating for the quick bite and chat tacos can offer.

Thank you all, God...

We placed a phone order and showed up shortly after. The place is small inside. The cashier let us know it would be a couple more minutes. We ordered carne asada and chicken street tacos, a chile relleno burrito, Tijuana style hot dog and an horchata. The street tacos were fresh with plenty of meat and good flavor. The hot dog comes with grilled onions and diced cucumber. I really liked it. The Chile relleno burrito had a dark green thin chili with very little batter on it. It was okay. The horchata was delicious. We would have ordered the birria grilled cheese if we had known they had it. I definitely want to try...

A taco is a simple enough thing to make. Somehow, this restaurant overshot and over greased the tortillas on all my tacos. Some tacos had cilantro and some had onions. They should all have had cilantro and onions!! And the part that hurt me the most......$3.00 per taco! I expected full size tortillas for that price. Nope, Itty bitty street tacos is what I got. Better cuts of steak would be nice. 3 out of my 4 tacos had fatty cartilage pieces throughout. I tried this place for the first and unfortunately for the last time today. It still stands. A good taco place is hard...

Tried this spot for a quick dinner and had a pleasant experience. It is a family owned shop and they were very friendly and provided great service. Had 2 taco de cabeza, 1 asada and 1 al pastor. The meat quality was good and had a good tortilla as well. The tacos are definitely on the lighter side little to no grease/fat. To each there own a little more fat may have been better for my preference (stronger flavors). Overall great spot one of the better taco spots in the area.

Great service. The smile game is on point.!! I felt like they wanted me there. Good to talk to. The restroom is way more than I expected. CLEAN & they can pump the music šŸŽ¶ in it. They can change the light colors. It's like going to a nice club in there. Authentic down south hole in the wall feel as you walk in. You know the foods gonna be good the second you enter. Then you got to the restroom & feel like you are a VIP. Can we say "I can DIG IT"!!!
