If you are expecting the bare minimum, bottom of the barrel service this is the location for you. There were two workers today when I entered the location around 1230 and neither of them spoke enough english to help me with my concerns. When i proceeded to ask for a manager i was informed there was no manager on duty. I then proceeded to ask for a supervisor and again nobody on duty. How do you have a store in America run by employees who dont speak english with nobody in a higher up position in duty. I then proceeded to contact corporate (this is where my real issue lies). Apparently Popeyes corporate decides to handle any and all complaints by email or text ONLY. This was not acceptable as the issue I was having could not be conveyed via writing and would get lost in communication. HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS WITHOUT TALKING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?!?! If you are having issues with a company you should be able to contact said company and relay any and all comments and concerns to corporate but apparently thats not how it works with Popeyes. I was told (Via text) that "We appreciate your patience while we handle your request. You will not receive another message until a Support Specialist follows up." Well guess what that was over 3 hours ago and no response. Again what kind of customer support is this. I will never dine at a Popeye's again as long as this is their policy it's completely an utterly ridiculous. And I know one customer doesn't make a difference but I hope this reaches other people who have experienced the same thing with this location so that way something can be done or better yet somebody from corporate reads this and put together a plan to treat their customers better.

My recent visit to Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen was nothing short of a nightmare and frankly, a pathetic display of customer service. From the moment I walked in, the service was appalling. I was initially helped by a female employee who was barely understandable, making the ordering process incredibly frustrating. This was followed by an encounter with a male employee who not only spoke in a very strange and difficult-to-understand manner, peppered with what sounded like slurs, but was also unbelievably rude. This gentleman actually yelled at me when I politely inquired about the biscuit that is supposed to come with the single chicken sandwich combo. He flat-out refused to include it, acting as if I was asking for the moon! To add insult to injury, he then tried to charge me extra for the mac and cheese as a side, claiming it wasn't the free option, even though I specifically asked to substitute it for the mashed potatoes that came with the combo. The whole situation was just pathetic. The entire interaction was confrontational, unprofessional, and frankly, offensive. I left feeling completely disrespected and ripped off. The food might be decent on a good day, but the atrocious and pathetic service I experienced completely overshadowed any potential positives. Save your money and your sanity – avoid this Popeye's location at all costs. There are plenty of other fast-food options where you can expect to be treated with basic courtesy and receive what you actually paid for. This experience was absolutely horrendous and pathetic, so I would highly advise you to stay away from this location. I will never, ever go to that location again. Ever!

Other customers were coming and going. Avik the manager was managing the register and bagging. Counted three other employees. One of them being on a break. They were working hard. My order cost $43.44. I must be living under a rock. For what we ordered, I did not get value. The quality was average at best. I have to say that it did take 12 minutes to get home and might have been better eating at the store, to be fair. I am concerned. The Fast recovery act, Bill 257 was passed. We get to vote on it in November. You can decide what is best for you and choose. I understand that employees at fast food restaurants should be supported. But, who is going to pay them? We will by the prices being even higher. We will go less or stop because it's not worth it. And simply, stores will close. Please choose wisely. I don't think the food or service would be any better this trip if the employees were making $7 more an hour.

My suggestion: don't go here. I'm sorry to say, I've never seen a sadder, dirtier Popeyes. From the outside the establishment looks as great as any other but walking in the atmosphere is very quiet. You would hear more people at a library than here. The place just seemed so low on energy. They had 3 workers in the back when I came in but they also seemed very slow and lost. Maybe even training someone new as the worker behind the counter kept talking to another worker in Spanish asking questions. They had a fourth worker that popped out of nowhere after a few minutes of waiting but he didn't seem any different than the rest. It seemed very disorganized as the same workers getting the food ready were handing cash registers, food and getting orders ready but once again at a very slow pace. It was a very short line of people waiting for food or eating so it's not like they were backed up. One worker seemed to be slowly fixing the orders, talking while one did a little bit of everything, another worker on the side must have been the only one doing any actual work and then there's the last I mentioned who came out of nowhere back behind the counter with a look of not wanting to be there. The off-putting part was when I placed an order the guy said ok, charged me, left to the back before I even finished paying (card), I didn't get a receipt, I assume he started my order and left me to finish paying but that was it. The order didn't take long as they seem to have some of the food prepared in advanced.... Just left on a heater to stay warm... They didn't seem like bad people. Just felt like they were unorganized, not focused, not comfortable or used to taking care of customer service / clientele. I wish them the best & hope the place makes a 180 for better customer service, a brighter energy to attract customers, and better organization of their staff to get people/orders in & out. I didn't even mention the rest I saw with other clients at the place or the quality of the food itself but being that the first thing I noticed is these people grabbing everything & then your food without gloves or washing your hands... I don't think you or they want me to mention the rest. I'm sure they get by when food inspectors come around but that may just be a front either knowing or cleaning up their act when they...
