I stopped by this Starbucks today after picking up food for my wife at a place in the same plaza. I wanted my mango Dragonfruit so after I got her food, I walked to this Starbucks. Their drive thru line was busy so good thing I went inside. There was no one in line so I was able to place my order right away. It took like maybe a minute or two for my drink to be ready. It's pretty nice inside and some people were just working in there. They also have a outdoor seating area as well. My drink was delicious and they put less ice like I asked.

Staff was very rude I bought two Pink drink and a Dragon fruit drink there was all ice a bit water I went back and showed to the worker they said it the rule of Starbucks it’s very amazing thy have different rules then other Starbucks it would be my last time from that location very bad experience

Just about every time I go thru the drive thru they charge me wrong. When I ask to use my stars they take my cash. When I want to pay cash they take my stars. The training at this location is horrible. They are very nice at the window, but they can't seem to take direction well on how the customer wants to pay. Milessa was of NO HELP tonight other than saying SORRY! Ugh!

Update: You ask me to call the number you provided me and it's off shore and they are of NO HELP. I want to speak to a U.S. representative not someone in a another country reading a script. This is why I left a Google review to not waste my time off shore with people that are clueless. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE IN THE U.S. REACH OUT TO ME! Of course Melissa at the store never had a manager call me! Then I try calling the store and they say they are having phone issues and hang up on me! This is completely unacceptable! Please have the DM...

Most of the time when I go to Starbucks is to buy a gift card for a family member or a friend of mine. This rare occasion, I decided to treat myself.

Use Drive-Thru and as expected, it was pretty long. As I was getting closer to place my order, I did notice dine in option was available at 50 percent limit. Also phone orders, mobile app and walk in orders available as well. Arrived at intercom and was greeted professional/friendly when placing my order and when paying/receiving my order as well.

My order...Tall White Chocolate Mocha, No Foam, Add Whip Cream with either Banana Nut Bread or Lemon...

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. If I'm in the area in the morning I always stop in for my coffee fix. They make my coffee perfect 98% of the time. The only thing I don't like is that one of the employees, who I think makes all the drive thru orders doesn't wear a mask. I know mask mandates have been less strict, but I personally feel that people in food and beverage service should still wear a mask. It's weird that every other employee wears a mask except him. He's the reason I would never do drive thru at this location. Besides that, coffee and service is top notch at...
