Well I really try not to complain about this hotel because the people are great, but I'm a bit disappointed tonight. I actually paid for a room that was suppose to have a (kitchenette). But i get into the room and it don't even have a fridge? I mention it to one of the employees, and she said it's because they were already taken....well why would it be on the website as that then offering it yo me? And no one offered a fridge at least? So I couldnt even buy food or drinks. Then as I'm in the room I start sneezing non stop and my eyes are swelling from watering so bad I guess my allergies going off the charts, my friend looks at the vents to the Heater/air conditioner and they are so caked with dirt and dust it's falling off as he takes them out. He cleaned them and it clogged the drain in the tub in which it was already slow to drain, but I was so grossed out by this I have to say something. It turned out to be a miserable night. I planned on staying again tomorrow but now I feel like I should get a comp on a room or half off or something. So if not I will pay full price but I won't be a very happy camper since this was all bad tonight. Thankfully now at almost 12 a m I'm not sneezing and my eyes are not swollen shut, thanks to my friend cleaning the vents and well really cleaning the rest of the room too. So for the first time I'm pretty disappointed in this hotel, and think someone needs to start looking into some of the issues around here....all management issues, either not caring or checking on things around here. Still only getting one towel but I bought a couple, still no breakfast, and probably need to pull out all the furniture and see how bad it is spring cleaning time I think. I still think this place rocks, just needs a kick in the butt. Everyone has issues so still my favorite place to be around here! Would like the online issue and ruined night addressed with a comp or something if...

I start by saying i work the front desk at a different hotels for over 5 years now. I also stayed at the other Baymont in Fort Collins. This Baymont says Loveland/Fort Collins so for awhile i thought this was the one off of mulberry. That hotel is awful and i would not stay there. After i found out this one was different i am currently staying there. This Baymont is nothing like the other one. It is so much better. First of all they dont have a front desk that is literally 5ft tall when i am only 4ft 11in. The front desk lady that checked me in was awesome i wished she worked with me at my hotel. i havent tried breakfast yet but i can say there is no way it could be worse or even as bad as the baymont in fort collins. Even if all they had was cereal and milk and water that would already be better as long as they had bowls and a spoons. They have coffee and hot coocoo in lobby and the elevator works. They have someone at desk 24 hours like most hotel do or at least someone that is reachable. The other baymont had a number you could call which i dont mind but i called for 2 hours every 5 to 10 minutes thinking maybe they was busy helping someone or didnt hear the phone. I figured they would check in with the front desk to make sure nobody was needing help but no. I am very understanding and flexible it what i do also for living i know that things happen. However there isnt anything that should take you away from the front desk or keep you from answering the phone for 2 hours. So yes this Baymont is so much better then the other one. The only reason i am writing this review and comparing it to the other one is so maybe people will make sure they dont mistake the two for each other like i did. I have no doubt there is more then one bad review for this baymont that was actually meant for...

Avoid at all cost. Do not stay here sleep in your car if you have to. Reserved with booking.com web page says it has breakfast. That's a lie. They say it's coming soon. The pool and the hot tub are in pretty good shape. But no chairs or towels have to get staff to give you towels and unlock the pool entrance. That's fine. But day of checking in after driving many hrs. Staff was not even at the desk or in the building. Had to walk next door to the travel lodge to get checked in . After getting checked in. We got into the room. At first glance it seemed clean and decent. Other than a big rip in the carpet . Upon inspection of the bathroom it had enough TP for about 4 uses. One towel and one wash cloth. And what appeared to be either Beard hair or pubes all over the floor. Had to go down and ask the staff which wasn't there. Tried to find a way to let staff know. Found some paper towels and wrote a note and left it on the desk . Staff finally brought another towel and wash cloth Once we settled in. I wanted to hit the hot tub. The staff was finally at the desk. But was on a personal phone call based on conversation. And doing here nails with uv nail dryer. Also the bed was hard as a rock. We don't recommend staying here. Unless you are buying or selling meth or drugs Homeless lingering in the downstairs lobby area and outside Felt like more of a burden to staff and like we were in prison with being rationed on toiletries. Location is about a block from Walmart. But still not reason to sleep here. And we aren't usually picky about our hotels as long as they are decent. But this isn't even worth the prices . Good luck and hope your vacation stays, where...

The outside of the hotel is clean and the lobby seemed in good order. The problem was the room, stained upholstery and bedding being a large concern. The bathtub itself had also not been cleaned in a while it seems, just actual hair and bits of hard plastic near the drain. The toilet didn't empty the bowl upon flush and took 3 or 4 flushes to get non yellow water. And this wouldn't be too big an issue, except that the toilet was a back tank and I had to wait a minute between each flush... water seemed to enter the bowl faster than it could drain. The ceiling above the shower was legitimately missing a tile and showing the ceiling that likely shouldn't be exposed to moisture. The carpet was either old or extremely abused, hard to say, but it wasn't the best either. I rated service 1 star not because of any bad service towards me, but rather the state of affairs required for such negligence on room disrepair.

This was the absolute worst experience I've had at any hotel in 50+ years of business and personal travel. My car was in a garage, so I was stuck. I could handle most of the bad condition of the room, but not the lack of night security and the manager's abusive behavior. I called Wyndham main to inform them of this situation. The owner "closed the case," as the manager told them a different scenario. Of course she did. But she went off on me in front of witnesses. My doctor has photos of my burned legs, and can identify them as mine. To their credit, Wyndham main offered me free stays at any location in the country. I declined that offer and asked them to instead rectify the many problems with the owner, her hotels, and their "Women Own The Room" program. This owner operates under the auspices of that program.

Watch out for bed bugs! We discovered them around midnight! There were several including under the fitted sheet. Since it was late, we just asked for another room. At checkout, I asked for a full refund because of the bed bugs. The manager told us there were no bed bugs. And, if there were, they would have given us a full refund and had us check-out. There were blood spots on the sheets and dead bugs we had killed inside tissues in the trash. Yet the manager looked us in the eye and said there were no bugs! We will never stay at another Wyndham. The correct thing for them to have done was to admit the issue and assure they will correct it, rather than deny. The person at check-in was very nice, though. Nothing against him. Pictures below are the smashed bugs that were full of blood.
