I stayed here 08/08/2021 with my 10 year old daughter, mother, and 88 year old grandmother. We were in town visiting family. The hotel is in a nice area, however there are some interesting characters that live /stay long term and hangout at the hotel. My family still talks about this night. I never thought about leaving a review until listening to a podcast, where a couple looked for any reviews regarding what they had encountered. We definitely encountered some strange things, including what we believe to be supernatural.
I made a post to my social media that night:
We were just woken up to the sound of our mirror shattering in our hotel room. We tried to call the front desk, but our phone wouldn’t work! I had to call the hotel from my cell phone. The nice girl at the front desk had me try to call from the room phone while we were on the phone and vice versa. Nothing, no dial tone. I checked the cords, everything was plugged in. I told her about the broken mirror and she said she’d be right up. She came to our room and said she’d never seen anything like this. She explained that she is working alone tonight and doesn’t know how to clean it up, but would find us another room. We packed our bags and tried to make sense of what just happened with out hearts still racing. We assumed someone in the room next door could’ve bumped into the wall and knocked the mirror off. As we waited for her to come back to the room, our phone rang.. once. I picked it up and it was silent. I hung it up and tried to check for a dial tone again, but the phone still wasn’t working. As I announced our phone still doesn’t have a dial tone. Our toilet started to run. We thought it was going to overflow. We grabbed towels for the floor and blankets to cover the mirror pieces so we could get out without getting hurt. When the girl came back to our room, I asked if she had called us when she was downstairs? She said, no, that she was trying to rush back to us, but had to check that a skunk had not got into the hotel because the lobby smells terrible! That even the elevator smells like a skunk! She also said the only available room in the entire hotel is the room next door, because the room is vacant! She brought her master key. My whole family is in the hallway with our bags loaded on to a cart now. Watching her as she tried her master key, but it wouldn’t work. She then tried it on our door and it worked just fine. She tried the master key again on the room next door it still wouldn’t work. She said this key should work on every door. I asked if I could try it, I did and it wouldn’t budge. She said ok one more time… this time it unlocked. She looked at us and said she was too afraid to open the door. I knocked and said “house keeping!”. There was no response, so I opened the door. I opened the door to a dark, empty , very cold room with curtains blowing from the ac. She asked hesitantly if we wanted to stay in the room? We couldn’t even think of staying in the hotel for another second, especially not in that room! We just checked out and went to a different hotel down the road! The girl called her brother to come sit with her for the rest of her shift.
Side note: Before we went to sleep tonight, my daughter said it sounded like someone was scratching the carpet. She asked if I was doing something with my feet to the carpet. I told her it was just the air conditioner. I couldn’t hear what she was talking about, but she got up and put her ear to the air conditioner. She said she didn't think it was the air conditioner and that that the noise just bugged her so bad it made her feel like she wouldn’t be able to fall asleep! Quality Inn Loveland, Co. Our room # 315. The room next door #313. Time around 2am

Read moreThe room was an awesome king sized suite for 3 mature, disabled women wanting a weekend away from the rest of our lives and costed $250. Everything was good until just after checkout when I realized I left all my important documents in the drawer after I had to empty my bag and wash it from a spill. I tried all day after I left to call, but couldn't get an answer. I physically went in today (the next day 3 times and kept getting different stories from the woman behind the desk besides accusing my friends because"they looked like such a mess". She was awful enough that I asked to speak to her supervisor, and when he got there yelled at me, became incredibly hostile that I had accused his employee of being rude, told me the phone was broken and that's why they didn't answer, but then said I should have called if my stuff was so important and that they are not obligated to hold anything... including handicap placards, sensitive personal mail and my large calendar full of all my appointments for multiple doctors. I am terminal. These are important things. But because my friends looked homeless, even from a $250 suite, I was told to never return. And then a couple hours later that same supervisor invited me back in an email from choice rewards, with no clue who I even was. It was literally THE ONLY handicapable room in Loveland over the weekend.
I called choice hotels and they apologized greatly, comped my stay with reward points and told me to file a police report. The lady on the phone was horrified that they treated 3 disabled women like that, and apparently, for having treated real homeless people that way in the recent past!
Another customer left last week and came to the hotel I ended up at because she was there with her grandchildren when the same manager put out a homeless person who had just checked out and was waiting for a ride and literally threw all his stuff in the dumpster in front of them and then humiliated him by making him dig it all out in front of everyone.
I can't believe the hatred for actual homeless people and the perception of who they think are homeless. And to literally just get rid of va dying person's important things without the ability to call or anything. I don't know if they stole my personal information or threw it away, but if my identity gets messed with, the police will be looking...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst hotel stay of my life. My partner and I booked a stay here 8/6/22 because we had a wedding. I am a full time nursing student and I needed to complete some assignments while my partner got ready for the wedding. We called and booked the hotel about 30 minutes prior to arrival and only after charging our card were we told it was non refundable. When we arrived we were told nobody had access to their own rooms due to an ethernet cable being down so the front desk woman would have to let us in. This means we cannot come in and out of our room without coming all the way down to the front desk and asking someone to walk us back up. We ended up opting to block our door open leaving our laptops and items vulnerable. Additionally, their wifi was not working and I was unable to get any work done at all. The bathroom light was also burnt out so my partner could not get ready in there. We were told this was the only room available. Literally none of these major issues were expressed to us when we booked over the phone only 30 minutes prior. Upon returning to the wedding we were met with literally the rudest woman I've ever met. She told us she was not walking all that way to let us into our room (keep in mind we were never given any kind of key to get into our room) and if we wanted to get into our room we would have to take her key, let ourselves in, and walk it back down to her and then return back upstairs to our room. I asked why we she wouldn't let us in or give us a key, this back and forth to avoid her walking seems excessive, and she began to laugh and me and shout at me. I walked away trying to de escalate and she began shouting profanities at me as I walked away. The woman who checked us in and out was pleasant, but the woman who worked overnight on 8/6/22 was absolutely volatile and as someone who does quite a bit of traveling, I was genuinely shocked and appalled at this experience. I hope someone reaches out to...
