Mattress Unboxed — Local services in Loveland

We had the most wonderful mattress shopping experience today with Don and Melody. My girlfriend and I went in to try a few different mattresses that we saw they carried - the Winkbed, the Helix Luxe, and the Leesa. We ended up trying all those and a few more, and settled on the Helix Elite, which we likely would not have splurged for without trying it in person and deciding we felt the difference was worth the extra marginal cost. The cost was the same as it is online, but by going in store Don took another 5% off the top of the listed price and we got to support a local business.

Don and Melody were there to answer our questions and were clearly experts in the field, as they were able to explain the technical differences between mattress brands and types in detail. As mentioned in some of the other reviews that helped convince us to stop by, they were helpful without being pushy, salesy, or invasive. They were honest with us, both about potential shortcomings in brands they do carry and brands they don’t carry. The whole experience was refreshing in an industry that feels incredibly convoluted and opaque otherwise.

After decided it was time for a new mattress, we came upon Mattress Unboxed. Best shopping experience so far! Don took the time and walked us through all the options. Sharing information with us we never considered when looking at mattresses. (He knows his stuff!) He was patient with us letting us try several mattresses and taking our time to making a decision. Stopped in today after going to multiple different stores with Zero success on a mattress for my daughter.
