Fat Shack — Restaurant in Loveland

4 out of 5 past orders messed up, I will no longer be a customer. Being a father and busy all the time it’s nice to take a break every once in a while and order out. Having the past 3 out of 4 orders messed up I didn’t want to order from here but my fiancé did so I agreed to giving them ANOTHER chance. I get our food just after receiving the text saying it was done, literally within a minute because I was already on my way. I live 5 minutes away and get all of our food out and begin eating. My sub is cold. Not cold like it has been sitting there for 20 min and was room temperature, LITERALLY cold. Then on top of that the chicken tenders and poppers, that were inside the sub, were so over cooked and fried they were unidentifiable. The last part I finally had a real looking piece of chicken where the meat was actually white. But that’s why it’s SO weird, I’d think since the food was so over cooked it would still be pretty hot. It was cold cold though which only had one explanation, something came out of the refrigerator. Without a doubt my food was not made fresh. It’s absolutely impossible for it to be that temperature coming out of a fryer then me eating it that soon after it’s ready.

It took a lot for me not to call or go back up there I was so mad after being excited about ordering out then getting that as a result, especially when I wanted Taste of Philly or Jimmy Johns or Bonefish instead. Decided to give this location a try since moving and wow this is by far the most disappointing store I have been too in Colorado so far. First off order the 5 peice Oreos and welp apparently can't do simple math and count. Got only 4 of them. The menu doesn't even have 4 its either 3 or 5 🤦‍♂️ So anyways that's the least of my concerns I ordered the fat jersey and I put in the comments "EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA HONEY MUSTARD ON THE SANDWICH PLEASE LAYER IT" because every store doesn't put enough ever so I was hoping these guys would get it right.. so much for my hopes.. Got home and the sandwich is drier then any sandwich I have received from any store its NASTY literally maybe a spoonful of honey MUSTARD seriously how is that even edible??? I ended up feeding it to my dogs just now they liked it at least. So I decided to go and watch the owners pitch on Shark Tank to make sure I'm not crazy and the owners clearly say Tons and Tons of Sauce but this is the biggest LIE I have experienced time after time I'm over it. False advertising! After this I'm officially done I can't justify spending over 20 dollars on dinner that just goes to my dogs.. I already spend enough on dog food and treats as it is. I came here with my kids because I heard rave reviews about it but our experience was awful! The food was fine but it doesn’t matter how good the food is if your employee’s are rude and I mean I have never met a ruder employee in my life!! I didn’t see her name tag or if the even had one but it was the lady that was working on July/30/22 . She was very obviously agitated that we even came in at all beings that the restaurant was empty and we disturbed her rest behind the counter. When ordering I told her 3 times no cheese on my daughters burger ( lactose intolerance) well when the food came out her burger had cheese! I said I’m sorry but this was supposed to be no cheese . Well she stomped off cussing under her breath about me and the “ no cheese “ burger. My son then asked for ketchup and she threw the bottle at him before he even finished his sentence mind you he is only 9! She then slammed the burger down in front of me and mumbled somthing els while storming off back to the kitchen to set down. This was the most u professional establishment Iv ever been to and I suggest they have a word with their employees or consider a change of staff because not many people will tolerate service like that for the sake of a mildly better then...
