Sometimes all you need is the people. Many Hotels out there are too new and they have the worst people. This place just have people who love the place you will feel the love come here and stay and enjoy your self. Also i would like tell you about Chrystal she makes this place the best to work for the employees and for the guest. I have seen her work tirelessly doing everything in her power to make everything goes smooth. I guess there's no accident when it comes to things just go really really well. A good advice for hotel owners get people like Crystal on your team and your hotel will be a winner. Also I want to talk about Gene the shuttle driver / maintenance / Superman this is the person who makes everything work at this hotel. The CEO and every single person in this company should know about this for sure. I want to thank you for his excellent customer service and his cheerful attitude on his job.

The room was filthy. It had laminate floors so thought that they would mop it regularly. When I wet a piece of tissue and wiped the floor it was black. It hadn't even been swept at all. The chairs had stains and the sink was old and cracked which builds mold and mildew. The fan in the bathroom wouldn't turn off and was loud. I was afraid to even sleep in the beds because it didn't look like the place had been cleaned at all. The worst thing was I didn't get any sleep because right on the other side of the wall were the steps to the second floor, which was where there were several very loud people hanging out until five in the morning. Worst motel experience in 15 years.

My room door was smashed in by cops . Received a call asking if I would like an upgrade on my room to a suite for no additional charge so I did it. I get to Econo I'm given my card keys as I walk across the parking lot I notice I'm Not staying in Econo but I'm in Liberty Lodge and the room door looks kicked in. The key card didn't work I went back to the office I was told the door was busted in by cops. The key card was reprogrammed. I went in the room it stunk very nasty it wasn't a suite like i was told the door didn't look safe at all. I had my 6 year old son to protect. We left and I stayed with family for the weekend. Couldn't give less than a one star rating. Unbelievable experience!!! We are out of towners visiting with family for a weekend event - this place was close enough so we booked a room for the weekend. Upon entering the room we found no towels, washclothes, or hand towels - the room smelled of feces, there were only two channels available on the television, and the bathroom was utterly disgusting.

We only stayed one night and promptly checked out before 8 am!! We went to the Church to attend the wedding we were in town for and hit the road thereafter to return home. The following day, which would have been Sunday, my Husband developed this intense itch and burning on his foot - by Monday his body was covered with a rash and what looked like whelps - he complained of burning and itching like his body was on fire.

We went to the emergency room and he was diagnosed with "scabies" - of all the things I have only heard about from others. This hotel is the only place we had been and laid our heads - so we contacted them and were basically met with an apology, here are some points to use towards your next stay and a very subtle "shut up and leave us alone". As if we would ever stay here or any other Econo Lodge for that matter. Customer service is appalling - they never considered a refund - POINTS!!!...

When our first reservation fell through at nearly 11 pm after an almost 2-hour drive, this Econo Lodge was a godsend.

The front desk attendant was incredibly friendly and efficient, getting us checked in quickly and leaving us with a local pizza recommendation. The office/common area is clean and neat with plenty of seating, a public restroom, washer and dryer, a fireplace, and a welcoming collection of plants from one of the employees.

The room was exactly what I expected. It was clean, everything was in good condition, the functions functioned, and the nod to kitschy MCM decor was a nice addition. The bed was nothing to write home about, but it wasn't loud and I slept well enough!

The bathroom did not have a fan, which was a bit bothersome. However, this hotel gets bonus points for having really, genuinely hot water and a well draining tub. My needs are few but those two are a must.

The location is not exactly scenic, but it was not problematic and it's close to everything else. There is a Sheetz across the parking lot. They provide a small free breakfast in the common area, but we did not take advantage of this amenity so I cannot speak to it.

Overall, this was a good experience for the price. Everything matched my usual expectations, and they provided a much needed solution at the...

Located in beautiful Williamsport, PA, the EconoLodge is situated adjacent to Sheetz which, all things considered, might be the best thing there is to say about this hotel. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, and if there's an elevator to the 2nd floor from below....well, we were not able to find it. We walked up the stairs on the end of the building which, upon close inspection, were rusted through in numerous spots and in obvious need of repair. Our room was a bit plain and in need of some type of decoration. Space was limited, particularly in the bath area. The beds? Well, a corpse would not have known the difference, but I'm guessing that this is what it would feel like if I had to sleep overnight in a coffin: stiff and unforgiving. The breakfast buffet suffered from lack of attention to keep it filled with sustenance, particularly milk for cereal and other things that milk would go with (donuts, for example). At the height of the breakfast rush the crowd waited a good 5-7 minutes before someone showed up to remove the empty pitcher and re-fill it. No eggs or sausage present, and the one waffle maker in use could not keep up with demand.

Not really my cup of tea, but the price was right and it was located close to our morning destination. Two stars for those...
