Hobby Lobby — Local services in Loyalsock Township

First- I have always had a pleasant shopping experience at Hobby Lobby in Williamsport PA. However today was not that pleasant. At checkout, the clerk Told me I had to put everything up on the counter all at once. I informed her I had quite a lot and did not want to pile everything on top of each other. She insisted that I pile. With the limited counter area this creates possible damage to some of the items I’m purchasing. Never before was I told to pile everything on counter at once. I purchase a lot of art items and do not want these damaged or wrinkled, etc. Second- to speak to a customer like she did to me was uncalled for. As I explained to her I would place the various items up as she rings the items on the counter. (Again the counter space is limited for the amount of items I was purchasing ) She would not start ringing until I piled everything. I hopefully will not have this rude behavior from a clerk going forward. I do a lot of shopping at this store and must consider...

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They didn't have what I needed/was looking for but they did end up having something I could make work. I will say however that there were an awful lot of rude customers in there. I was surprised because this isn't the norm for other Hobby Lobby stores I have visited. The staff there were so professional and I feel like from my observations, they deserve a raise. They handled everyone even rude so respectfully. I just want to say that some of us take notice and you didn't have to go above and beyond for a couple people in my short visit but you did anyway. Job...

Always have given Hobby Lobby 5 stars... That being said I've been crafting and selling stuff for 12 years. Having been to Hobby Lobby in a minute I'll admit but I needed a pile of stuff. Half of what I was searching for is either discontinued Or no longer carried by the store. But I noticed an over abundant survival's seemingly more with home décor... I guess that's where they make their money now. Always look so forward to the one hour drive to a Hobby Lobby but I think I'm just gonna roll with Amazon from now on. Maybe one day retail return to what...
