Red Lobster — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

I knew I should have never gone there. Three of us ordered All You Can Eat shrimp. You select three different items from the shrimp menu. We all ordered Shrimp Alfredo as one or two of our 3 selections. The pasta for all of us was so overcooked it had the consistency of mashed potatoes, you could stand your fork in it. It looked like mashed potatoes, terribly overcooked. It didn’t even resemble noodles. You couldn’t even twirl it in your fork, it was mush, like paper mache. We accepted a partial replacement of deep fried shrimp, and then we got the bill, which was not corrected to reflect the lower price replacement. They charged us the full price of the original order. This was after slipping the waiter $10 before the bill was brought to us just because we didn’t want to take it out in him, he’s not the cook, and we didn’t want him to split his entire tip with the others. He gladly took the extra $10 and then brought us a full bill for the original dinner. Well, we gave him less on that tip rather than complain about the bill. We’ll never eat there again, never. Incredibly poor quality food, zero attempt to adjust the bill, even when we got less and slipped him some extra cash for himself. Flat out overcharged. We could have thrown a fit a made a scene, but I choose to just warn others, give an honest review, and eat elsewhere. They did offer to replace the food with other selections but we lost our appetite at that point and had replaced only part of the order with the fried shrimp item, which should have cost less. I’m not going to wreck everyone else’s night that’s eating and complain out loud. They need to teach their cooks that if it’s not right, don’t serve it. People would rather wait a few more minutes for quality. Teach their waiter to properly charge, especially when there was a legitimate problem. Food great,seating was very slow, even after being seated the section of restaurant was empty along the middle section was also empty, while waiting for the crowded restaurant seating a elderly lady came in and ask for a seat, the guard on duty ( male hostess ) informed her it would be at least a thirty minutes till a seat would be available. After my party was seated we ask our waitress to go ask the lady to join us, which she accepted, fine company, interesting conversations, but the point I'm trying to point out is why is there so many empty seats in the restaurant, we were on the way home from a appointment I had and stopped to have our name put on the list two hours before because I had a specific reason for doing this , I injured my foot an using a walker, and I really didn't want to try to walk to the other side of the restaurant so the request was to be seated near the front section, while waiting several parties same size as mine were seated at the front section (I had a party of five ) ended up after a lengthy wait went to rear of restaurant with about fifty or more empty seats. Three of us went for dinner. First off we saw 2 sets of a group of 3 go in after us? We couldn't figure that one out being that we watched them come in after us and give their names. When we were seated our server started out good. The food was delicious. She came by to check on us and said she was coming back with tea. We ate our entire meal with no beverage to wash down our main entree and bread with. Two of us had tea and after we snacked on the appetizer we were in need of a refill. She finally came by and brought 1 tea. I had ate my New Orleans Salmon and potato and was still waiting on my tea when she finally brought it . My brother n law had waited longer prior to mine. I drank a few sips. Then she came back and asked if we needed any to go containers. We said yes and I asked her if I could have a to go cup and a refill of tea? She just brought a cup. I put my tea in the cup and it was only half full. This was the first time I have been to a restaurant and they don't top off the drink? The food was great the service was terrible.
