Read moreThis Was terrible. We stayed a week. Then booked another week, thats when I realized there Was complementary breakfast...Or so I thought. I went to get breakfast, and I took a plastic jug to get some orange juice, and the owner, the wife I believe said I could not do that. The next day I went to get " Just a cup of oarnge juice" after morning walk. And the wife blocked the door, she said no you cant be here. I went back to my room and called the frount desk, and Asked what the deal is, and the guy told me breakfast Was complementary, but not for weekly rates. I slipped and told him that I Was going to write a review and that but came to my room and told us he Was going to throw us out, and he Was going to call the police. Its crazy I am a 34 year old woman with my first daughter and two service animals. This guy threw me out of his hotel over a glass of orange juice that Was supposed to be complementary. And to top it all off were two fights two diffrent nights, and every Night it Was excessively loud in the hotel. Never once did the hotel mánager stop all that. There was supposed to be refrigerator and microwave for our weekly rate. I originally left a good review but this Was puré stress to me. We had to move hotels .. se were given a full refund, and its sad that the owner had to personally come threaten a woman with a child over a glass of oarnge juice, but didnot have the balls to come out of his house and threaten the Men that were yelling and fighting most nights well past twelve o clock at Night. ...
Read moreI have never left a review for a business. Typically, if I have a poor experience I let it go. This place is awful.||||I stayed there for one night. I got in later in the evening, slept, woke up, and left. Two days later, I was charged an extra $200. When I called asking what happened, I was accused of breaking their television. I said there was no way that was possible as I did not even touch the touch the television, physically or remotely. I didn't even turn it on. When I tried to explain that this was not possible, the desk clerk, Giorgio said, "well I'm not going to go back and forth on the phone with you. It was broken when I was in there."||||I was shocked. If it was broken, it either had to be broken before me, as I said, I wouldn't know I didn't even touch it, or the only person in the room after me, Giorgio must have damaged it. I had nothing to do with it. To me, this sounds like an employee trying to cover their mistake. However, my side was not heard as the hotel, "was not going to go back and forth on the phone."||||In summary, this place is a scam....
