Quaint, clean, friendly. Old fashioned motel, with the doors of rooms that open right onto parking lot, and you can park right outside room door. Helpful staff. Nice full breakfast (waffles, pastries, toast, instant oatmeal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal). Outdoor pool is small but clean. Says heated pool on sign, but it was pretty chilly. Long pool hours (9an to 10 pm) nice for traveling with kids. Also nice for families are the family rooms... enter into a room with 2 queen beds and a sink, plus separate room with shows and toilet. At back of room, a door enters I to separate bedroom with king bed. Complimentary toiletries included and decent towels. Linens on bed right out of early 1980s (or 1970s), so you can consider it "dated" or "ambiance." If it matters to you, some rooms still have old-school boxy t.v.s and some have flat screen, so ask about that when reserving or checking in.

This motel was a really nice stay for us! We stayed for 4 nights and didn't have any issues at all. My only complaint which is very minor was the WiFi. The speeds were very slow as in maybe 10mbps tops and sometimes it didn't even work at all. The router is on an older 2.4ghz so upgrading to a 5ghz would help out a lot overall. The breakfast was fresh every morning where you could grab muffins, bagels, toast, waffles, etc so that was really nice to have. The pool was warm during the daytime so swimming was a plus! Oh, and you can also see Garden of The Gods from here which was nice. Wildlife is in this area heavily so it makes you feel like you're in the mountains almost. There's a park right across the street with a little pond which had both ducks and beavers. This location is really good if you're staying in Manitou Springs!

Booked two nights at the end of June. Felt something biting as I slept and found bugs in the bed in the morning. I took photos of the bed bugs and the bite marks. I was told I would be refunded for the second night when I checked out early from room 319. A refund never came. The management refused to refund the money until they had an inspection done the following week! What kind of business waits a week for bed bugs to be treated? It's unethical to expose other guests and refuse to take responsibility. Stay at your own risk. This motel will take your money and could care less about taking responsibility for health and safety.

My family of 5 recently had the pleasure of staying at the Silver Saddle Motel in Manitou Springs, and I must say, it was a great experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the motel, I knew we had made the right choice. It's just the cutest place. Nothing fancy, but it's just what we needed while visiting.

First and foremost, cleanliness is paramount to me, and the Silver Saddle Motel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail in maintaining a fresh and tidy environment was evident. The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for their impeccable work ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.

Speaking of comfort, the Silver Saddle Motel truly knows how to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept rest each night. The room amenities were well thought out, including a TV, a refrigerator, and a microwave, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day exploring Manitou Springs.

Location is another standout feature of this motel. It is conveniently situated near everything the area has to offer. Whether you want to explore the charming downtown area or venture out to the breathtaking natural wonders nearby, the Silver Saddle Motel is the perfect home base.

Let's not forget the delightful breakfast included in our stay. The spread was impressive, featuring a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits and pastries to make your own waffles, the Silver Saddle Motel ensured that we started our days with full bellies.

I highly recommend the Silver Saddle Motel to anyone visiting Manitou Springs. Its clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, great price, and fantastic breakfast make it an unbeatable choice. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this motel will exceed your expectations in every way. I can't wait for my next visit to Manitou Springs, knowing that the Silver Saddle Motel will be my home away...

This Was terrible. We stayed a week. Then booked another week, thats when I realized there Was complementary breakfast...Or so I thought. I went to get breakfast, and I took a plastic jug to get some orange juice, and the owner, the wife I believe said I could not do that. The next day I went to get " Just a cup of oarnge juice" after morning walk. And the wife blocked the door, she said no you cant be here. I went back to my room and called the frount desk, and Asked what the deal is, and the guy told me breakfast Was complementary, but not for weekly rates. I slipped and told him that I Was going to write a review and that but came to my room and told us he Was going to throw us out, and he Was going to call the police. Its crazy I am a 34 year old woman with my first daughter and two service animals. This guy threw me out of his hotel over a glass of orange juice that Was supposed to be complementary. And to top it all off were two fights two diffrent nights, and every Night it Was excessively loud in the hotel. Never once did the hotel mánager stop all that. There was supposed to be refrigerator and microwave for our weekly rate. I originally left a good review but this Was puré stress to me. We had to move hotels .. se were given a full refund, and its sad that the owner had to personally come threaten a woman with a child over a glass of oarnge juice, but didnot have the balls to come out of his house and threaten the Men that were yelling and fighting most nights well past twelve o clock at Night. ...

I have never left a review for a business. Typically, if I have a poor experience I let it go. This place is awful.||||I stayed there for one night. I got in later in the evening, slept, woke up, and left. Two days later, I was charged an extra $200. When I called asking what happened, I was accused of breaking their television. I said there was no way that was possible as I did not even touch the touch the television, physically or remotely. I didn't even turn it on. When I tried to explain that this was not possible, the desk clerk, Giorgio said, "well I'm not going to go back and forth on the phone with you. It was broken when I was in there."||||I was shocked. If it was broken, it either had to be broken before me, as I said, I wouldn't know I didn't even touch it, or the only person in the room after me, Giorgio must have damaged it. I had nothing to do with it. To me, this sounds like an employee trying to cover their mistake. However, my side was not heard as the hotel, "was not going to go back and forth on the phone."||||In summary, this place is a scam....
