Town-N-Country Cottages — Hotel in Manitou Springs

We cannot wait to come back to Town-N-Country Cottages!!!! My entire team and clients thoroughly enjoyed our stay here last week. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this place for family gatherings, business trips, or for couples looking for an inexpensive yet very romantic place to stay that has GORGEOUS views of the iconic Garden of the Gods and the breathtaking Pikes Peak!! That alone is enough reason to come to this hidden paradise!

More specifically, the grounds are so well kept, family-oriented, and extremely relaxing. The rooms are full of charm, comfort, and all the amenities - we all slept so, so well. The beds were so supportive and comfortable! Also, they were just putting on the finishing touches of this amazing, high-end, 4-bedroom Hacienda. That will most definitely be our next booking when we're in the area. We were on a business trip from Seattle to shoot some commercials in the Colorado Springs area, but these Cottages, that were just a few minutes drive away in Manitou Springs, came highly recommended by some friends of ours from Detroit. Town-N-Country Cottages not only lived up to the recommendation, it far exceeded it!

Last, but certainly not least, is the wonderful couple that runs this place. Our entire team completely fell in-love with Andrea and John!! Such beautiful souls these two Manitou locals are! They care so much about the experience their guests have and have a plethora of leisurely activities for you and your guests to partake in or local restaurants you should visit. Andrea and John become the #1 reason you and your guests want to come back. Good, good people! We all left feeling like we've been friends with this couple for decades.

Lastly, this place is very busy during the high-season of April thru Sept. Book early, especially if you have a large party. We plan to come back in the "off-season" in the winter for a company getaway. We are excited to experience the calm and romance of this amazing place when it's cooler, or better yet, when there is snow covering the entire grounds!

Clean, comfortable and tidy with a super location - a perfect retreat for a few days in the mountains with fair value for your money. The owners are very nice people who make sure you feel at home. I felt like home from my first night there. The one room duplex cottage was perfect for me as a solo traveler, but it definitely would have been enough space for two people, too. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and it was very convenient to have a mini fridge, a microwave and a little breakfast table with chairs. The cottages are close to all the attractions in Manitou Springs and only a short car ride or bus ride from Colorado Springs away. On a clear day you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Pikes Peak. This was honestly one of the most relaxing getaways I’ve had in a while, and Andrea played a huge part in that. She communicated directly starting the morning of our stay meaning the check-in process was smooth and thorough. The location is such a great compromise between being away from it all and still being close to town—tucked behind a hill just off the main road made it quieter and feel cozy while still being only a couple minutes from local eateries and shops. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The cottage itself was lovely, well-cleaned and well-taken care of.
