Fields Park — Attraction in Manitou Springs

It’s a lovely place, but the soccer and baseball fields are always closed to the public. Let’s open those up to the taxpayers, at least at certain times not proximate to scheduled league games, etc. The park has one tennis court and two pickleball courts, which are often occupied by people who spend many hours there, leaving little room for others.
