I am writing this review to express my gratitude for and my strong endorsement of Exclusively Diamonds. My fiancée and I began our engagement ring shopping with Carrie Ehlers and her Exclusively Diamonds team. The overall experience provide by Mrs. Ehlers and her colleagues were simply nothing short of first class. The process began with an initial meeting where my fiancé was able to sample a variety of different rings/styles. From here, my fiancé was then able to have a candid discussion regarding diamonds specifics, dimensions, etc. with Carrie. Mrs. Elhers and her colleague Sarah then proceeded to search for and order in a variety of particular diamonds based off our conversation. Within less than a week, my fiancé had found the diamond of her dreams. From here, the Exclusively team then helped my fiancé create/design my fiancés ring from the ground up. This was truly a special experience as each individual component of the ring was hand selected and discussed at length. I cannot say enough about the excellent attention to detail, professionalism, class and respect demonstrated/provided by Carrie and her colleague Sarah throughout this process. Carrie quickly displayed and further solidified that she is truly an esteemed expert in her field. Most importantly, she demonstrated that she is a strategic listener of whom genuinely cares about supporting her client’s needs and ensuring their utmost satisfaction. Throughout the diamond selection process and ring development, Carrie remained calm, confident and transparent. In conclusion, my fiancé could not have been any happier with how the final product of the ring turned out. I would not shop for a diamond or jewelry anywhere else after having had the incredible experience at Exclusively Diamonds. Carrie and Exclusively Diamonds have our continued repeat business and professional respect. My first impression when I walked in for the first time, was really good. Someone is always there to greet you when you walk in, (and they even offer a beverage) and the building is very welcoming. I started looking for an engagement ring, first by myself then later with my girlfriend at the time. They have so many different choices to pick from I felt that my girlfriend should pick out what she wants to wear for the rest of her life. The employee that assisted us showed us so many options and from various price ranges. The person helping us did not pressure us into anything and was very friendly. I had a budget to work with and after what my girlfriend found the ring she wanted, I then had her leave so I could find a stone to match my budget. They didn't have anything that day, but just a few days later I got a call, can you believe that? They called me when a some stones that fell in my budget came in. The staff then showed me under their microscope how beautiful the stone was and pointed out any impurities in the stones then also showed me a CZ and how to tell a fake from a real diamond. After a short while I had everything I had asked for, I didn't need the ring right away so I put down a down payment and they had the ring made around the stone I picked! I am one satisfied customer.
