My wife had her hair colored by Casey. Apparently, it's "Normal" to have her hair dyed brown and turn two different shades of orange. After dealing with the repercussions for several days, I spoke to Maggie regarding a refund. Maggie was courteous and spoke about the chemistry of hair which I do not understand. I appreciated Maggie's professionalism and she informed me she would have the manager call me. The whole crux of this place is to get you going there over and over again, costing over $100 each visit. I told Maggie this was never explained and we would not be returning. Due to the extreme damage it caused her hair, I wanted a refund.
Follow up: Carissa the manager called my wife's phone and I answered. Carissa refused to discuss the matter with me citing she would only talk to the client. Carissa is extremely rude and constantly talks over you. It was simple, now this has turned into something I am going to pursue in small claims court including emotional duress. If you're looking for a reputable place who stands behind their work, this is not that place and Carissa has a lot to learn about management. It's unfortunate it has come to this.... When she was checking me out at the registers, I realize the coupon I had was only for or Pickup order so I let her know I was sorry and that I was just gonna do an order pick up in store and her face and her demeanor was just rude. She seemed irritated and annoyed, and I even apologized and said sorry and she just grabbed the bag, walked away and put it on the counter behind her. Read moreI got a keratin treatment done by Kasey and it was a complete waste of money. From the start, he looked uninterested and rushed through the entire process with zero care or explanation. He clearly didn’t want to be there and treated the job like a chore.
Despite their “guarantee” of smooth hair for 6 months, my hair became frizzy again within two weeks, and I started experiencing noticeable hair fall—which has never happened to me before.
When I brought this up, the staff (including the manager) were unhelpful and dismissive. They claimed to have reviewed video footage of the treatment but refused to take responsibility. Their only solution? Re-do the treatment with the same stylist who messed it up. No refund. No real apology. No concern.
Totally unprofessional. Stay far away. There are plenty of other places that treat their customers—and their hair—better.
