i went to kay to get my battery replaced in a high-end Armani watch.a woman named Aaron (im sure i missed spelled that sorry) was behind the far counter completely across the store and immediately smiled and said hello when i walked in. when i got to her counter was genuinely nice (not pushy, rushed or fake at all. just genuinely greeted me and assessed my needs and was easy to talk to. i am extremely uncomfortable in public, especially talking with people i don't know, and she put me at ease. She even complimented me on my watch even though i didn't purchase it there. i felt that showed class, a rarity nowadays. When i did make a mention at buying a new watch she didn't rush me over to the counter to push a sale. when i asked her opinion on a watch. the watch she suggested was a super nice one that was, actually, in my opinion the best watch.BUT not the most expensive. (had she grabbed the most expensive one i would've left. I didn't get the pleasure of meeting the other jeweler as she was attending to a customer. but when i called back to thank them she told me her name was Connie i believe, she was more than courteous and thanked me for my call and was very nice.I WILL be returning to buy the watch she suggested. i DID however think the watch was a bit over priced but im ok with that. the service is worth the little extra cost. And i know they work on commission so i believe they have definitely earned that! And to think i just came in for a battery. highly...
Read moreMy husband and 5 year old son came in to find a watch for my husband for our 10 year anniversary. We are incredibly grateful for Jocelyn Gamblin who assisted us. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and her customer service was nothing less than superb and above average. The type of customer service you do not see often anymore. She had stickers and coloring crafts that my son was able to be distracted by while Jocelyn worked with my husband and me. We not only found the perfect watch (which Jocelyn helped fit to his wrist size), we also found a watch for me and a necklace that fit a pendant I needed a necklace for. In addition to what we purchased, Jocelyn cleaned our jewelry and inspected my wedding ring. She saw I was missing a prong and had it sent in to fix. I picked it up today and dropped off three more rings to have fixed and we made an appointment to come in and find the perfect emerald to fit a ring I inherited from my mom that I accidentally lost the middle emerald to. I am overjoyed to now know I have Jocelyn to help me ensure my jewelry is taking care of and to have her as a connection to purchase future family heirlooms. Thank...
Read moreI went in here to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend to propose to her that night. Jamie assisted me, and I told her I was looking for an engagement ring. She showed me a ring in my price range and said it was white gold. Then gave me a "discount" on the ring and warranty. The night after I proposed, I looked the ring up on Kay's website and it was listed as a Promise Ring made of sterling silver and the "discount" she gave me on the ring and warranty was just the online price. I then also learned that wedding/engagement rings should come in a set. I went in here to work with a professional because I don't know much about this kind of jewlery. Jamie fooled me and I'm very upset with my experience there. While on the phone with the manager she was running her mouth off in the background as if it was my fault while lying about what happened to try and protect herself! All they offered was to return it. Avoid this place at all costs, they don't even know the materials they're selling. I hope no one has an allergic reaction due to their lack...
