So my kids father and I took our twins 2 days ago for there birthday, first off they didn’t mark my kids with the safety thing, since we had there bday party there last year I was sent a coupon for each of them to get free cotton candy, 500 e points, and 2 free hours of play time. Oh and 10% off any combo. So we got the $32.99 combo large one topping pizza and two drinks. After she rang it up I said I have a coupon for it and showed the barcode, so she says oh you had to tell me before I rang you up?? I was ready to say ok so cancel we hadn’t paid yet but my husband was like it’s fine. I said ok well can my kids at least get there play time and 500 e points with the cotton candy she rolls her eyes and said yes so I said I have there cards already, she puts it on one and I said here’s my son, she said this is for the birthday? I said yes there twins?? We hadn’t paid yet to prove we weren’t lying. Ends up my kids ended up getting 30 minutes free time from having to prove it really was their birthday, and we went to sit and wait for our food while our kids played. So now when your food is ready they make customers literally walk in the kitchen and get your pizza. I thought wow so I can come in here and just grab whatever no one checks anything. Oh and before we left i told my kids go get your free cotton candy, they claimed they gave it to us when we got there LOL I said lady, it’s my kids bday, if we already received it I guarantee I would not let them eat another whole bag of cotton candy for my own sanity, two go check your cameras, but know this when your wrong which you will be that accusing me of attempted theft, so I’ll be filing charges you choose. She came and just threw the bags of cotton candy. When we were walking out the lady who checks your hand said how did you take off the marks, I said once again y’all didn’t even mark us when we came in, along with the countless other things sadly that should’ve been done. Maybe just the workers that day I dunno but service and attitude from a year ago went...
Read moreI went to Chuck E. Cheese about 4 weeks ago is a nice place pretty clean. The mouse/rat didn't put any effort on trying to entertain the kids, and a lady in the front the cashier was kind of rude didn't explain to us of any discounts while the guy cashier was telling everyone about it. It was our 1st time here, so we were completely lost and her not telling us anything didn't help much. The food took a while to arrive, it was alright. You use a card to play games and it has time in it so if you don't stop the time and don't use it. you will be left with no opportunities to play. Also, once we were leaving the same cashier didn't let us leave until I show her pics of my daughter because we didn't have a mark in our arms that she was supposed to put on us when we enter. Would I go back? Probably only because I stop my card and still have some time left in it that I was told I could continue using once I go back. Do i recommend? Sure, but not...
Read moreHorrible experience. Will never recommend this location for a Birthday party. My niece had her party here and they made her feel horrible on HER Birthday bcuz they do the Chuck E dance and sing for all the parties together. You think if ur paying for a party they would at least try and make ur child feel special on her Birthday. Instead they had 4 Birthday parties all bunched up together. Horrible place for Birthday's.
05/07/2019 Thanks for the reply. the only way to make things right is to have individual parties. You cant make everyone pay individually for parties and then when it comes to actually sing "Happy Birthday" Chuck E Cheese puts all the parties together for the short show to sing and take picture's with people who aren't in ur party bcuz it's a big cluster of people bunched up by the stage. So the Birthday boy/girl are surrounded by strangers while trying to take a picture...
