I am most pleased with North Shore Jewlers! Please pardon me if I've misspelled any/all of your names! Marina & Faye are so very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I have had a number of items repaired that were either broken, or in dire need of restoration. Erik is the goldsmith, & is an absolute artist at repairs! Things that other jewelers said couldn't be fixed, he was able to do beautifully! Incredible workmanship! I also had an antique watch that no other jeweler would touch, nor did they know of anyone who could fix it. Well, Marina had someone who could do the job, & I can now wear the watch proudly again! Recently, I brought my Mother's gold, Madonna medallion in to North Shore Jewelers for a repair.( I had come from another local jewelers who told me it was not gold and it could be fixed with acrylic substance that nail technicians use.) I LEFT that jewelers and went straight to North Shore Jewelers. Immediately I was assured it was real gold and that it had several open areas in the back. They would replace the whole back to protect the lovely hand painted image of the Madonna, that my Mother wore until she died. Today I picked it up and cried because they did the most beautiful job!
