My husband arrived for work at a business early today. He sat in his work vehicle, in the parking lot they share with you for about twenty minutes, preparing his paperwork. You called the police on him, simply for "looking suspicious." For some reason, you looked at my loving, kind, and successful husband and thought "criminal." Maybe it's the way he dresses, perhaps it is his young age, maybe it's his long hair, I don't know. You certainly didn't talk to him. You didn't know that he is paid probably close to triple what you pay your employees. You didn't know that he is a highly educated business consultant, who is sent to businesses statewide to aid with their needs. You certainly didn't know that he is a loving father and a gentle person. However, something you saw, as he sat innocently in his car, prompted you to call the police, rather than anything you knew. Such judgemental views and blatant discrimination are never something I would support in any business or its employees, and seeing as how this is 2016, and it is no longer acceptable to look at a person and assume who they are, let alone harass them based off your own worthless assumptions, I would like to call out your actions to my fellow consumers. I'm really excited to write a review about Zuckerman Jewelers! All my life I have been so passionate about jewelry. Having Zuckerman's in my life has finally helped me be able to purchase jewelry that I not only love, but am actually able to afford. Thanks to Anna Zuckerman , my jewelry idol, Diana, my jewelry expert, and Tanya, my consultant and fabulous person, I now have pieces that I have been able to purchase and am totally in love with. After I read online that my watch should be taken to a professional who has the right tool for the delicate job, I brought my diamond encrusted ceramic watch to change the battery at this jewelry shop. Only to be given a bag with the watch fractured in little pieces ten days later Their excuse was " It had a crack in it" even though though they inspected the item prior to accepting the order. They never gave me a warning, no copy of a store policy of any kind, no guarantees. All they had to do is twist open the back of the watch and replace the battery.
