Modern luxury at its finest! This place is a hidden gem!!! Don't know how I found this place, but I can't say enough about the staff and accommodations. First of all, this place is brand new. You won't find anything better in this popular area! Everything was designed to make us feel special. When we arrived we were offered champagne! Every day in our room we had chocolates and fresh fruit. Our room had a balcony and a view of the city at night. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as it saved us time and money. The pastries were delicious and the best fruit! Fresh towels and a clean room every night! The staff made sure we had everything we needed and more, laundry service, easily accessible cleaning and concierge staff, yet it felt like such a private vacation with the place to ourselves. The location was perfect for exploring Calle Ocho with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops around the corner, yet it was quiet street. Not to far from beaches and shopping by car. They offered bikes to go exploring which we will have to do next time! We loved the luxurious shower and the King Bed. The automatic blackout shades were amazing to sleep in as well as the Luxurious Bedding and Pillows! The furniture can only be described as modern comfort because each piece is unique and crafted for this place. The design of this place was so fun for photos. It's a boutique hotel that fits perfectly into the Miami experience. The outdoor patio was a really nice place to just take in the morning sun and drink your coffee. We come to Miami often, and we are so happy to finally find a place we love! We will...

Read moreThe rooms are absolutely stunning, and the location is excellent (heart of Little Havana and walking distance from great dining, nightlife, and loandepot park). However, the building is unstaffed, which is fine if you do not encounter any issues, and extremely problematic if you do. In order to enter the building, you must use a code that is sent to you ahead of check in. I did not receive the code, and neither did the other party that I was staying with (luckily, a maid was in the building and let us in). Without this code/link, we were also unable to check in. The maid tried helping, but didn’t speak English so we needed to converse over google translate. Finally, she was able to get a staff member on the phone who sent the necessary link to complete the check process. From arrival, it took nearly an hour to get into our rooms. The rooms are accessed with a code, rather than a physical key. The code is supposed to work to access both your room and the front door, but it only worked for my room, so we were not able to get into the building whenever we left (thankfully the other party’s code worked for the front door). Finally, the air conditioning was not working in our room. We called to let the staff know (of course, there was nobody in the building that could help), and somebody came to take a look at 11:30pm. He played with the thermostat for a few minutes, and left saying that “it should be working in 10-15 minutes”… which it did not.
A shame… the rooms were truly gorgeous, but the service and basic logistics were...
