Horrible service! I got tickets for one night show. But because of the hurricane Irma a lot of places were closed for couple days after hurricane. So I tried to make sure that the Theater would be open. I called them and the Robot said that they are going to be open. I also checked it on their web site, and it was said as well that they are gonna be open. So I took Uber from the Middle Beach to the Theater to watch the Show and when I arrived I saw closed doors. The next day I called them and asked why they didn't tell me anything about cancellation the Show. But they said that they had troubles with electricity which can't be true, because all the places around the Theater had electricity. And when I looked in the windows of the Theater I saw the light. So I asked to make a re screen of the show, but they said that they don't have rights for that. Ok! I missed the show, which I will not able to see again so I asked them to at least to refund the money for tickets and Uber, because I spent almost 30 dollars for the round trip.
