Tower Hotel Little Havana — Hotel in Miami

0/10 I don’t normally leave reviews but… My husband and I stayed after our cruise for one night before catching an early plane ride home… we docked early so we arrived at the hotel at 10am, they had no early check ins so they offered to store our luggage until we checked in. They offered me no other check in info at all!!

We went to watch the marlins game and grab food, we came back at 5pm (check in said anytime after 3pm) NO STAFF WAS THERE!

The storage room was locked with our luggage inside! All that was sent to me was codes to get into the building and room. I was not told/there was no information online or in person that this hotel didn’t have over night staff and in-person help was only 9am-4pm. We had a flight at 7am the next day and a created uber coming at 4am.

WE WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN OUR LUGGAGE OR WOULD HAVE MISSED OUR FLIGHT!!

We were extremely lucky that the owner happened to be there (he even said he isn’t normally) and he unlocked it for us. I am extremely disappointed.

On top of that the outside of the building is run down and looks horrible. The entrance is janky and there is no information that you check in and out with a code sent to your phone!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & NOT WORTH $169...

GREAT EXPERIENCE ----- This is a futuristic style of a hotel. Super cool airbnb. I stayed here for over 20 nights and my stay was expeceptional.

I dealt with some of the ladies at the front desk that were super helpful. Both of them, I dont know how to spell their names but both ladies were super helpful.

I also spoke with Oscar from management who helped me defuse a situation and got booked in to stay and stayed on the phone to make sure I was booked in!

This Airbnb style hotel is great because its an ART MUSEUM, super cool art all over the hotel and super safe. Every where in the property you need a code to access. Only thing I would say is that I wish there was a better coffee machine in the lobby.

Other than that - GREAT SPOT.

P.S. - Before you book, please read everything because if you come at night like I did - you need to know that you need access codes to get into...

This a new concept of hotel, it is like Airbnb. So do not expect someone to clean your room. However, they offer the service to clean room for 30 bucks. The location is perfect if you want to stay close the little habana. I did not fine a lot of recommendations in little havana. However, they have a really good places to go to eat and hace experiences. The tower hotel little havana is really quiet, the rooms are really clean and there is not noisy place. The air conditions works really good and the have towels and everything to take in the first floor in case that you need more. The reception is open until 4 pm.
