We were visiting Miami to go on a cruse and ended up ordering a medium Supreme pizza, thin crust cheese pizza, cheese bread, and wings just before close on 3/24/24. None of the pizzas were cut, everything was cold - and the “supreme” pizza was a pepperoni pizza with 1 chunk of what looked like chicken and 1 peice of what looked like rotten lettuce thrown on it - was literally burnt, cold, and destroyed (similar to what a pizza would look like if a dog chewed on it and spit it back out and someone put it in a box). 2 huge bubbles and a hole through it - and was not at all what we ordered. See pictures - I’m blown away a company would deliver a product of this quality. We waited over an hour for the order to be delivered, and this is how it showed up. Attempted to call back at 9:25 pm (minutes after it was delivered) but no one would answer (assuming they closed - but the lack of answering and total trash quality made the whole thing seem really intentional). Ended up throwing the entire order away because the kids refused to eat it (I don’t blame them). By far my worst experience ever ordering from dominos. $50 down the tubes and the food was not only bad - it was inedible. I don’t normally complain or even post reviews - but based on this experience I feel I have an obligation to be sure others think twice before...
Read moreIt might be listed as a public park online, but that is not the case apparently. We went there to sit and kill an hour before we needed to take an Uber to the airport, and when we sat at the tables and my friend got out a deck of cards to occupy us while we killed an hour, we were soon harassed by some park attendant telling us that only members are allowed to play in the park. There were plenty of other tables that were open so even if this was some members only club we don’t see why it would be a problem unless members wanted to play and all the tables were full and we were taking up a table. The few other players playing in the park didn’t seem to mind us there - one of them even fetched a seat for one of us since we were just at a two persons table. If this was a members only club there’s no reason that they should do it in a public park - they can do that elsewhere where they won’t be “disturbed.” But if you’re in a public park, open tables are open tables. Overall, you’ll be harassed for just chilling in a public park, tourists will try taking video of you, and there isn’t really a whole lot of “park space.” Definitely...
Read moreI recently visited Domino Park in Miami's Little Havana and was left underwhelmed, leading to my two-star rating. The park is quite small, and during my visit, it felt cramped and overcrowded, making it challenging to find a spot to sit or observe the games. Additionally, the tables were occupied exclusively by locals, which made it difficult for visitors to engage or participate.
Parking in the area was another significant issue; finding a spot nearby was a hassle, adding to the frustration. While the park is known for its authentic Cuban atmosphere, I found it lacking in amenities and cleanliness. The restrooms were not well-maintained, and the overall environment felt neglected.
In summary, Domino Park did not meet my expectations. Unless you're a local domino enthusiast, you might find the...
